The issue here is that those people at the house owner chapter are so corrupt.
I did my registration when the form was rolled out last year but up till now they have not come for inspection.
I was at agbado ijaye branch and a woman there collected money from me, promising that inspection will be done within 2 weeks. She asked me to resubmit photocopies of all d documents and form I submitted earlier which I did.
up till now, there is still no inspection and houses around me already have stickers of inspection.

It is no longer a news that the price of kerosene has gone up.
In every difficulties, what I see is a challenge to progress.
The major use of kerosene to the poor public is for cooking.
I saw a thread here on Nairaland sometimes ago on how to make home gas(bio-gas).
If the OP of such topic could come up with a training and get many nairalanders trained on such, the youth could make a lot of money building d green gas in houses at affordable prices.
With this,many will be employed and retrain others and before you say jack,this could be export to other countries.
