U only register your ATM card at the ATM machine for online banking, or meet ur customer representative.
The rest registration is done on pay4me home page online, if u've done ur application process on Immigration website, u would surely be directed to pay4me portal.
And yes u would charged N40 to fund ur e-wallet with N1000.

Register with Pay4me, e-wallet is an account in pay4me, so after registration please note the three security questions asked as this would be required each time u log in to pay4me .
In ur pay4me home page, one of drop down menus option is e-wallet, click and choose fund e-wallet either thru interswitch or visa card. Follow the stipulated procedure in funding ur e-wallet. Go back to the recruitment portal, in the payment option choose e-wallet, and u're good to go, Wish u the best.

Payment can be easily done by funding ur e-wallet account, first of all register on pay4me portal, then fund ur e-wallet account via ur ATM card, make sure ur ATM card has been registered already for online banking by ur financial institution.
Then go back to editing ur application, in the payment options choose e-wallet, and follow the remaing steps, after payment is made u would be given ur validation number, which is required in printing ur acknowledgment slip.

Payment via e-wallet on pay4me portal is the easiest, did mine yesterday, and I was able to print my acknowledgment slip within 5mins, but remember u have to register with pay4me, before funding ur e-wallet account via ur ATM card.
Make sure ur ATM card has previously been activated for online banking.

Of course u can apply, and pls do, from application deadline, the test would hold after you must have been thru with NYSC. In the acknowledgment slip printed, u would be asked to come with NYSC certificate, for verification purposes, in the space for NYSC number, leave it blank or just type in ur call-up number.

If u're coming from C.M.S, board a bus going to mile2 coconut, alight at park lane junction, the junction just immediately after point road junction, then from where u're standing would see the tallest building on park lane, shippers towers, also 4 park lane apapa

Take a bus to Apapa, alight at barracks, from there standing, u would see a tall building Shippers towers, ask for directions on how to get to Nigerian Shippers Council, that building is 4 park lane apapa

@ all HND holders go and fill the form online, in the post-secondary school option, u would see poly, in the drop down menu, when it refreshes, u would see list of schools, choose one, then grade, choose ur's.

The two venues are very close, if they should keep to time u can make it for chevron at chams city, If its dragnet that's organising the one for chevron, go as early as 9am, u could be lucky to check in and write early. Best of luck.
