goodnews for users of str 4950 download the new software v 3.34 opens PV and all the chn on 68.5

@ odilibe,why is it that with the PV enable on my 4950 ,still the channels refused to open on ISO20

i dont know why non of the pv key on 4950 is opening Iso 20 channels ?

@ blexxonmak,can i get all the channel on 68.5 &76.5C with one lnb

from my steers to were i live is around 20-30 yards will it affect the signal ?

yesterday my str 4950 opened some of the channels on 68.5 C,but later stoped ,i dont know what happened untill i download this new software,i had to take my dish up my steers befor i was able to track it

i pv keys are alright in my decoder but it has refused to show video or has the key been blocked

Waooh, I finally gat Intelsat 20c at 68.5, such a sweet savour. Easiest way around is attached a Ku lnb, track Intelsat 20ku remove the lnb, attached the c band and you will surely hit green

PTV can not be received here in Africa ,if you need it you have to move to Pakistan,
But all is not lost just get DStv Decoder and subscribe to DStv premium and you will never regret

guy some of us here have been watching all life match for free,for the past 4yrs and some 6yrs while so many have been paying 11-13k just to air or watch live matches for that 4-6yrs and some of us have been giving our tenant free service to enjoy free epl on our dish,even those who have dstv,buy strong decoder and join us in watching

let's take a look at this,as you can see the middle of the dish can be seen.its not all that down if it were the lnb holder would have disrobed the view of the center of the dish.multiple setup

yes but i removed all the setup and tracked lso 20 alone and still no show,its ground mount

thats what happened to me yesterday here in south south with 1.8m there is nothing i didnt try,if there was another way to track it on a 1.8m that is hooked to irib,maybe on one of the bars or on the left side of the bar ,then it would have been better

Its C band. You have to remove the tracking plate inside the C Band LNB also. Some of the tps are: 1. 3720H29620 2. 3880H30000 3. 3690H13000 4. 3920H28340.

did you track it with 1.8m prime focus or offset dish

yestaday i track this Apstar 7 dedicated the whole 1.8m to it and still no way and my dish is ground mount ,cant one attach the cband lnb to one of those pole when the dish is locked on irib and amos 5 ?

Srt 4950 series opens all Apstar 7 channels automatically. You don't have to input any pvu key with the latest software, so try it.

you ask me to try Apstar 7,you did not tell me if its ku -band or c-band and frequency and symbol rate i have spent the whole day for nothing with fuel ,just following your advise do something about this

It will be very difficult to tract Apstar 7 with prime focus dish.

will 90cm track it?

if to track Apatar 7 with prime focus means my dish will touch the ground i reject to track it haba,na by force ? all i was trying to find out was the elevation of 76.5° on a prime focus dish

in layman term=prime focus dish face down?

which means the dish will face up in the sky

See if you can lock the Global beam on Thaicom 5 @ 78.5°E

Input 4151 H 14670-3/4 (BBC Knowledge Asia)
and lift your dish slightly upwards.The lifting must be done slowly.

the dish is lock on amos 5 which direction should it face,you know prime focus is not like offset that i have leant

Contact this seller number 08056253696 for a 4.6m fairly used fiber dish. He lives in Lagos around Badagry express way. It will be cheaper for you.

this dish is faulty
