I was once like this before, so let me tell you how I overcome mine.

1. I determined Its time I overcome this ish.
2. I watched self motivation videos on youtube on how to control anxiety.
3. I noticed all the videos i watched have something in common, which is " you gotta be willing make the effort repeatedly" until you are better.

So first of all, during my nysc I make sure I stood up to contribute my own quota during discussion, I made sure I got involved enough to be elected the president of my CDI. So, first huddle overcomed. Now I have to be the one to anchor the meeting weekly. I remember my first time the LGI called on me to give a brief talk to all the CDI combined. It was my first time ever to face such crowd. So imagine the horror i felt. Mehn! It felt like my collar was shrinking and I was gonna be choked to death. I couldn't breath and i was fidgeting and shaking uncontrollably.


But it get easier from hereon. Standing before my own CDI corpers seems like the longest 2 hrs of my life at the beginning. But with time I got better. I got more than better. Few people that noticed my Bleep up while i was addressing the whole corpers actually commended me later on.. They were like who knew u could talk like this or be this funny. So in the long run I was able to face them and I noticed my heart don't beat as hard as it used to before.


To further eliminate the ish, After NYSC, I specifically looked for a teaching job so I could get involve with my peers ( the teachers) and also be able to interact with small crowd. I ensure I anchor most programmes such as debates sessions, assembly etc. After about six month of doing this I noticed I have overcome the ish, at least to a non significant level. I quit the job, used my newly found confidence to seek other job and I always perform fantastic at interviews. I have since gotten over three offers since then.
Lets I forget, I'm a bit of stammerer also, so if i can overcome anxiety issue as a stammerer, then bro I assure you, you can to. You just need to put in the effort. One thing I noticed is that no matter how many time the likes of me and you messed up publicly, the world seems to move on faster and no one takes it to heart. So forgive urself and forge ahead asap.

Being "nice" might just be part of the gimmick. Real Civil servant are one the most bad-mannered set of people you will ever come across. So, again, do ur due diligence and be extra extra careful. Visit the said school and verify her name is truly on the admission list.

My sis went to a state nursing school and the admission process is really tough. And even though the form price was exorbitant, they only admitted just 30 of the applicant.

Whatever your decision is, be wary of scam from the so called "school of nursing". Nursing is a bit hard to get into and for someone who wasn't all that intrested, I'm assuming she didn't write any entrance exam. Also u wrote somewhere that the admin is disturbing you to make a payment... So verify the admission thoroughly before losing the so called "charity money" all together.

Hello, I've been unable to do my biometric clearance due to the fact that, the fingerprint machine refuse to capture my fingers, it kept showing an error message like finger print mismatch, has anyone encouraged such problem here before?

Morning. I will advice you start small if you are novice. Start with maybe 20-30 birds to learn and make neccessary adjustment. You don't wont to get it wrong with 100 birds believe me.

Secondly, know you market. I repeat, know your market. This cannot be over emphasised. If you rear 100 birds for 8 weeks or more and you couldn't get buyer.. Then expected profit will be used to buy more feeds to sustain the birds and you end up doing all the hardwork for nut.

So be guided and carry out due diligent.
As to a profit aspect,

Price of day old chick is usually btw 200-260 so let say = 24000 for 100 birds.

A bird consumed about approximately 6.8kg feed to attain 2.5-3kg in seven weeks, if you feed 24/7

So, 100 birds= 6.8×100
= 680kg which is 27.2 bags of feed.

If a bag cost 3800 averagely, then 30 bags is 103,360
Cost of drugs and vaccine = 10,000

Miscellaneous = 5,000

Total = 142,360

Mortality= 10%

if sold for 2500, then averagely the 90 birds will yield= 225000

Profit = 82,640

Note. This is just an estimate.. And I didn't factor in your fixed cost

Cost of feeders
Cost of land...

So the first production might not really yield any profit per say. But as times goes on, you will learn alot and gain alot too.

That's profit is too low from 2500 broilers

I'm only being practical. Since the birds are much, he would have to sell at 550-600/kg and not the usual 1500-2000 per bird. Also, logistics involved in producing broilers of this quantity doesn't-come cheap. Unskilled labour, skilled labour, drugs, shavings etc will gulp money more than expected.

Quickest and surest way to fast ROI is broiler production.
If you able to plan thoroughly, you will earn at least 300k from 2500 broilers every 6 weeks.
