With this current situation of electricity supply , I was thinking that Discos companies should reduce their tarrif or charges and compensate their customers on all bands for breach of contract. For over two months we on band A with a promised of 20 hours of light a day have not gotten up to 7 hours and we are been charged the same tarrif . |
We are still waiting, uptil now nothing have been done |

Hi |
We are waiting for them to take the necessary action do that the right thing will be done |
We the land owner want to thank the local government for coming twice to measure the street. This street leads to Estate through Aboru .we are waiting to take the necessary action and do the right thing |
Hi |
Thank you,we the concerned land owners will do that immediately |
This matter is still unresolved, and we the affected land owners are getting frustrated on the whole issue |
The owners of the land cannot access their land and property because the man blocked the only access road with his Building |
The relevant authenties should please intervene on the issue |
We the owners of Land and building at Are- ATewogbola Street, Aboru Lagos Street write to report an illegal blocking of our street with a building which has made it very difficulty and also impossible for us to access of land and building. We have reported this issue to the land owners from which we all bought the land , but the owner of the illegal building refuse to adhered to their instructions to remove the building or create an access road for for easy passages. He is insisting that is only the State Government of Local council that he will listen to. The illegal building did not only blocked the street, it also blocked the drainage causing a lot of flood to owners of building behind him once rain fall. We are seeking government intervention on this issue as we the owners of the affected lands do not want to take laws in our hand. Thanks for your quick response Mr Tunde ogbe |

We the occupants of above address with Account Numbers 0100653970, 0100654620, 0100654595, 0100650393, and 0100652500 write to lodge complain for over billing of all the accounts mentioned above. This is with confirmation of comparison from all other buildings (including commercially used ones) both at Bada Street and Ifenirepo Street using the same transformer from which the readings is got and distributed to all buildings in the two streets. Each of the flats (all residential) was billed for Jan 2020,Dec 2019 and Nov 2019 as listed below: * 0100653970 - N35, 181.93(Jan '20), N29, 253.42(Dec 2019), N22, 157.52(Nov 2019) *0100654595 - N35, 269.61(Jan' 20), N35, 269.61(Dec 2019), N24, 758.06(Nov 2019) *0100654620 - N35, 181.93(Jan' 20), N29, 253.42(Dec 2019), N22, 157.52(Nov 2019) *0100650393 - N35, 181.93(Jan '20), N29, 253.42(Dec 2019), N22, 157.52(Nov 2019) *0100652500 - N35, 181.93(Jan' 20), N29, 253.42(Dec 2019), N22, 157.52(Nov 2019). Total billing for Jan 2020 =N175, 997.33 Dec 2019 = N152, 283.29 Nov 2019 = N113, 388.14 We need prompt justification for the above billings as there was a written overbilling notification in Mar 2019 and an officer from Egbeda Undertaking came for inspection of all the flats in the building. We saw Bill reduction in June 2019 and immediately went up again as usual till date. We apply for the following to be done : 1)Reduction of the building overbilling to fit what other buildings using same transformer collect in the area. 2)Writing off of the areas ASAP on the account numbers. 3)Issuance of Prepaid meters to the building (the landlord to the building has since June 2019 applied to Map for prepaid meters to all the flats and nothing has been heard about moving to next step for the processing). Will appreciate your response for investigating and review of the billings appropriately. Thank you, For all tenants, Oshodi Adebimpe Khairat. |
