At No Mercy, the upcoming professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV), the arena would be on fire as the monster Braun Strowman would clash with the WWE Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar.

Recall that at Summer Slam, the beast Brock Lesnar defeated Braun Strowman, Roman Reigns, and Samoa Joe in a fatal four-way match which made him retain the Universal Championship.

The monster, Braun Strowman, had already issued a warning to Lesnar after he defeated Big Show in a steel cage match , which landed the former in the hospital for a medical surgery.

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has dared the federal government of Nigeria over attempt to re-arrest him. This is even as he vowed that anyone who attempts to arrest him will die.

IPOB leader stated this on Sunday at Boys Technical College (BTC) located along Faulks road which is a major link to Ariaria International Market Aba in Aba Abia State where members of IPOB Faulks road Zone I and over 20, 000 supporters of the group received him.

He also seized the opportunity to reiterate that there won’t be election in Anambra come this November or any part of “Biafra Land” even in 2019 unless there was a date for referendum which the group has been clamouring for.

There was a mild drama in Ikeja area of Lagos state when Operatives of the Lagos Rapid Response Squad nabbed Gladys Assah-Asor for defrauding her business partner, Nkiruka Okon to the tune of N7 million.

The 35 year old single mother from Cross-River State works as a network marketer for a popular product based in Ikeja.

The suspect confessed to the crime during an interrogation by the RRS Decoy Team after her friend and business partner, Nkiruka Okon, made a report of fraud against the suspect before her arrest.

“I met Okon in Port-Harcourt in 2008 where she works as a banker with a commercial bank. We were just friends as at then… But later in 2015, I marketed a product to her called Healthy Halogen Oven, a product imported into Nigeria by a networking marketing company called Avenues to Wealth,” Gladys said.

“As a network marketer and a partner to the company, my duty is to bring potential customers and partners into the business for a win-win profit making both for the customer and myself… I told Okon about the Healthy Oven which was one of the products of Avenues to Wealth sold for N12,000 at company price.… We agreed to partner in buying large quantity of the product, myself and Okon would put together the financial capital while I do the marketing and transportation of the product to the customers,” she added.

88-year-old Horace Sheffield has proven that it is never too late to chase your dreams. The grandfather, who quit his education from Shorter University in 1965 to help educate his daughters, finally went back to the same university and successfully graduated this year.

On Friday, Sheffield of Barnesville, Georgia, walked across the stage along with his tutor Amanda Brannock to accept his diploma at Shorter University. He had attended the University from 1960 to 1965 but quit before graduating.

“I dropped out with 115 hours, he recalled. At that time a piece of paper on a wall didn’t mean that much to me. I had my education and my brain and my heart, and I put them all to good use. But 60 years later I wanted that degree”, he said.

The Lagos state police command has arrested the Baale of Oshoroko Village in Ibeju-Lekki area of the state, Olusegun Oyeri, and three others identified as Aroki Badiru, Nasiru Isiaka and Akeem Balogun for allegedly masterminding the death of a police inspector, Musa Sunday, and hiding his body for nine months.

According to reports, the deceased had gone to the area to answer to a distress call on November 29th last year. He never returned to the police station, prompting his colleagues to go in search of him.

Alleged university result belonging to Nigerian starboy, Wizkid, has hit the internet.

According to viral reports online, the singer was said to have failed in a total of 44 courses during his first year in Lagos state University (LASU), Ojo.

Wizkid who got admitted into LASU Ojo through UTME, to study Sociology in 2008, had a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 0.91, a terribly poor result.
