The former Big Brother Naija Housemate finally set the record straight in her latest interview with DSTV.

She told DSTV that she is going back to her girlfriend, Collins. Reasons according to her is because Collins has always been there for her.

In an interview following the Grand finale of the show on Sunday, Nina said she’s going back to her boyfriend, Collins and won’t pursue any relationship whatsoever with Miracle.

It has become obvious that even if Nina’s boyfriend doesn’t want her back, Nina still won’t date Miracle.

Nina maintains, however, that whatever emotions, relationship she had going on with BBNaija millionaire Miracle, remains same.

In her words:

“I am still going to say it now. Because Collins was there for me, So if I go back to Collins and probably he doesn’t want the relationship again, I already told Miracle, that we are not entering into any relationship.

"But what we share, it’s not ending.. We are still the way we are. We are still Nina and Miracle, everything we have is still going to be there. Nothing is changing, but just that, He can’t be Nina’s Girlfriend. and I can’t be Miracle’s Boyfriend.

But then everything is just there. That was the plan.”

Recall that while everyone were in the Easter spirit with their loved ones et all, BBNaija housemate, Nina, made sure she spread some Easter love out from the house to her boyfriend, Collins.

At least 10 residents were killed when suspected armed herdsmen invaded Saghev Ward in Guma Local Government Area of Benue State.

The state government confirmed the attack and the casualty figure on Saturday in a statement by Mr Terver Akase, the Chief Press Secretary to Governor Samuel Ortom.

According to them, many innocent persons are feared killed during the attack which started on Friday night and lasted until the early hours of the next day.

The communities affected by the invasion are Tse-Abi, Tse-Ginde, Tse-Peviv, Tse-Ikyo, Agenke and Gbenke.

“Ten corpses have so far been recovered with many others injured. The armed herdsmen also burnt numerous houses, shops and other property in the area.

“This mindless attack was unprovoked, and we urge security agencies to arrest the herdsmen behind the killings for prosecution,” the statement read.

However, the police authorities in Benue have yet to issue any statement concerning the attack.

Seventeenth time World Wrestling Champion, John Cena and Nikki Bella has called off their engagement 6 years after being together.

John Cena engaged the Bella twin a year ago at the Wrestlemania 33 after they defeated the MIZ and Maryse in a mix-match challenge.

John Cena, 40, and Nikki Bella, 34, have left their lovely fans in shock broken after putting an end to their 6 years relationship.

The super stars have been in a relationship since 2012 and have been engaged for 1 year.

The wrestlers disclosed their separation to US Weekly;

“While this decision was a difficult one, we continue to have a great deal of love and respect for one another,” the couple told US in a statement. “We ask that you respect our privacy during this time in our lives.”

Cena and Bella have been dating since 2012 and have been engaged for 1 year.

The pair were last spotted in public together at Wrestlemania 34 on Sunday, April 8. On Saturday, April 14, the Blockers star posted an Instagram photo of a quote from Walt Whitman that read, “We were together. I forget the rest.”

Last month, Cena spoke with Us Weekly about their relationship, admitting that it takes a lot of work.

The United States of America, and its allies – The United Kingdom and France have launched air strikes in Syria targeting what they allege are chemical weapons facilities in response to chemical weapons attack in Douma, a Damascus suburb, last week.

The Pentagon said the air strikes, which began in the wee hours of Saturday, involved planes and ship-launched missiles, more than a hundred weapons in all.

US officials say the strikes were targeted at three facilities: a scientific research centre in Damascus, a chemical weapons storage facility west of Homs, and another storage site and command post nearby.

United States President Donald Trump said early Saturday at the White House. “I ordered the United States armed forces to launch precision strikes on targets associated with the chemical weapon capabilities of Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad,”

“We are prepared to sustain this response until the Syrian regime stops its use of prohibited chemical agents,” he said.

Referring to last Saturday’s chemical weapons attack reported to have killed over 70 people, Trump said. “These are not actions of a man, they are crimes of a monster instead.

After Donald Trump finished his seven-minute address, Theresa May and Emmanuel Macron made separate announcements of British and French participation, stressing that the strikes were limited to Syrian regime chemical facilities.

May said there was no alternative to the action the three countries were taking.

French President Emmanuel Macron said he “ordered the French armed forces to intervene” after a “red line set by France” on the use of chemical weapons had been crossed.

The office of the French President posted a video of a squadron of French military jets taking off to launch their part of the strikes.

US Secretary of Defence James Mattis told journalists there were no reports of US losses in the operation.

In his earlier address, President Trump had said:

“We are prepared to sustain this response until the Syrian regime stops its use of prohibited chemical agents.”

But Secretary Mattis said that “right now, this is a one-time shot”. Gen Dunford confirmed the wave of strikes had ended

National Youth Corps Member has reportedly made N261,000 from selling gari and palm oil in her service year.

She shared that while she was serving, she took up selling garri, palm oil and crayfish and though it seems like it’s a small business, she made quite a substantial amount of money out of it – N261k.

She also gushed about how awesome her service year was and encouraged corps members to not just pass through NYSC but make it count.

Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari, has just officially declared his intention for 2019 presidential election.

He made this known in Abuja at the ongoing National Executive Committee meeting of the All Progressives Congress.

Presidential adviser on new media, Bashir Ahmad revealed on his twitter handle that president Muhammadu Buhari has formally announced he will seek re-election in 2019.

The President made the announcement this Monday morning at a meeting of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) National Executive Committee(NEC) which is holding in Abuja.

This is the first public announcement while the president has long indicated he will seek a second term of four years.


The national publicity secretary of the APC, Bolaji Abdullahi and the Chief Whip, House of Representatives, Alhassan Ado Doguwa confirmed this as well while addressing journalists in Abuja after the NEC meeting.
Special adviser to the President on New media and engagement, Bashir Ahmad in a tweet on his official handle @BashirAhmaad also confirmed it.

“President Muhammadu Buhari has just officially announced his intention to seek re-election in 2019. Details soon…” his tweet read.



Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai also in a tweet on his verified handle @elrufai made the announcement, excitedly.

Recall that a member of the Board of Truste All Progressive Congress, APC, Engr. Buba Galadima, stated that the party is not a political party.

Galadimma also asked President Muhammadu to resign so as to allow other Nigerians contest and take the country out of the current economic mess and recession.

According to Galadima, he said he said he was baffled at how President Buhari had let the country down by keeping quiet in all the happenings around Nigeria.

Galadima was the National Secretary of the former Congress for Progressive Change, CPC, formed in the run-up to the 2011 national elections as a leading platform for former military ruler General Muhammadu Buhari, which later merged with ACN and others in 2015 to become APC.

Big Brother Naija housemate, BamBam, had the least number of votes which led to her eviction.

In what seems to be a national embarrassment, Children of Martin Luther King deny giving Award to Buhari

THE King Center has denied that it gave an award to President Muhammadu Buhari which was much publicised on Tuesday, March 27. The centre also said that Late Martin Luther King’s children were also not involved in the award ceremony.

The denial came on the heels of an award by visitors purportedly from the family of late African American civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., gave to Buhari in Abuja.

In a tweet late Wednesday night, the official Twitter handle of The King Center said: “The award given to President Buhari of Nigeria was not given by The King Center, at the request of The King Center or by the children of #MLK and #CorettaScottKing. @MrFixNigeria”

Those who gave the award are related to the late civil rights activists, but they are not his direct descendants. Kings' Family completely distanced themselves from the said award.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has described President Muhammadu Buhari’s afterthought visit to Benue, several months after the massacre of Nigerians, as needless and serves only as a large billboard of his administration’s gross insensitivity to the plight of Nigerians.

In a statement signed by the National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, which was posted on PDP Facebook Page, however, said its mega rally, which held in Dutse, Jigawa State, today, has opened a new vista for the party as the true hope for Nigerians.

The PDP said President Buhari’s visits to troubled states, particularly Benue, serve no sincere purpose since they did not come from the heart but evidently orchestrated for political reasons.

The PDP, in a statement by its National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, on Monday said it is appalling and highly disheartening that a President can only visit his distressed citizens after a widespread outcry over his aloofness and not out of any genuine concern for their wellbeing.

What is the purpose of condolence visit when it does not come from the heart but orchestrated to deceive and beguile the people ahead of the 2019 general elections?

Indeed, we agree no less with Nigerians that this cosmetic and politically motivated visit is nothing but a direct mockery of the dead and a heavy slap on the faces of the bereaved.

This is the same president, who at the wake of the massacre, summoned the leaders and the bereaved to Abuja, rather than complying with the age-long tradition of Africans by immediately visiting the bereaved.

Months after their tears have dried and they are painfully gathering their broken pieces, the Presidency is now trying to use them for a political posturing by staging a cosmetic condolence visit just to score a political point.

More off-putting is the fact that following the public criticisms that trailed the President’s glaring aloofness and failure to visit the direct victims during his whistle stops in Taraba and Plateau states, his handlers has now arranged a put-on visit to some Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps in Benue, which is nothing but a posturing stunt to further deceive the people.

Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari, has suffered yet another humiliation from Ghanaian citizens, particularly social media users and Ghanaian top bloggers for promising to help their government fight corruption.

The media jabs came as the result of President Buhari speech and promise to Ghana on her 61st Independence Anniversary celebrations, which held at the Independence Square.

The president's pledge to the country, however, did not go down well with millions of her citizens, who wondered why the Nigeria president whose country was ranked 148th most corrupt country in the world could help Ghana in fighting corruption with his own unending corruption load in Nigeria.

Independent reports that the Nigerian President said corruption has eaten deep into the Nigerian and Ghanaian societies, which is one of the greatest evil of our time.

He said “Your Excellency can be assured that you have a good partner in me as I look forward to any form of collaboration between Nigeria and Ghana in tackling the menace of endemic corruption.

“From Nigeria, I have watched closely your achievements, ranging from your ingenious approach to creating jobs for the teeming youths through various initiatives, including the repositioning of agriculture for modern farming, ‘Farming for Jobs and Food’, Senior High School (SHS) free education, One-District-One-Factory, and One-Village-One-Dam as well as the improvement being recorded in the Republic’s macroeconomic indicators.

“All these efforts, I am aware, have made Ghana to become a good destination for foreign direct investment just like Nigeria. Accept my congratulations!

“I congratulate both the government and the Parliament for the quick passage of the Office of the Special Prosecutor Act and its signing into law.

Given that life is so short, I still couldn't figure out the reason why a lot of people decide to stick to their comfort zone.  Between 20 to 30 years of age are the time for exploring and experimenting, and trying on new hats. At this stage, one must allow himself time to focus, choose and not be pressured to jump into marriage and family.

This article will be discussing some of the those important things one should do before the age of 35 years.

1. Move Somewhere New and Live alone for at least a year

The first thing an adult must do is to try discover his or herself, thereby moving to at least one major city or out of your family house or hometown. We must establish the fact that people who have never lived anywhere but home are less worldly and familiar with different cultures and viewpoints.

One must have to Learn how to live by yourself as well as taking care of his/her own basic needs.  Living alone definitely allows you to have real private space and time for a good amount of self-talk.

2. Spend money to get experience(s), rather on material things.
You will always have stories to tell as you advance in life, that mean the memories you create for yourself is very important. As one gets older, there would more commitments.

NOTE: That expensive Clothes, sunglasses, jewelries, shoes, etc you bought may eventually become old and outdated. That N150k bag and shoe could get stolen. You may find yourself gaining weight that even that expensive jacket you bought with your last allowance barely enters you.

We are not saying that good stuff are not worth buying but rather spending the scarce resources on things not necessary better still buy knowledge that will help you create wealth.

3. Start a business

I think is best to pick up commerce skills, create a product, learn how to serve people or customers, how to manage the finance and how to not starve and die without a job.

Before turning 35, is advisable you invent something (that is to have a business of your own). Focus and sell your expertise as a service or either way even serve as a connector of a solution to people who have the problem.

4. Set Goals or Target

Life is too short to be wasted on irrelevant things, so the earlier you begin writing down your goals( whether short or long term) the better. Setting goal helps one to be disciplined enough to follow them through. This has actually worked for great people out here and it definitely will work for too.

Life might be a spontaneous journey, but you will always have things you would want to achieve in the long run.

5. Focus on what you are good at

It is important to see that everybody has a talent. The best life one can have is choosing a career that complements your skills. It won't feel like a "job" to you anymore. As soon as you've mastered your craft - You are ready to dominate the world.

6. Saving more for the Rainy Day

The fact that people find it difficult to save money in their twenties does not mean that with discipline you can't save. It is one thing to save and another thing to have enough for the rainy day(s).

Moving ahead, we must establish that "we save before spending, not saving what is left after spending. Having said that, it is best to save 30% of your earnings as it will go a long way to help. It takes huge Discipline. Don't rush to move out of your parents house if you're comfortable there. A year of not paying rent will do a lot more than you think. That way, if you lose your job or want to make a drastic change regarding your career. You have funds to lean back on.

8. Settle down

This is the last but not the least. It is expected that anyone who has something doing should by this time settle down and start raising his own family.

Reverend Father, along with other culprits, have been arrested for stealing an 18-month-old baby in Osogbo, Osun state.

The child was kidnapped from his mother and sold to an orphanage. The priest, Rev. Father Chike Ejiofor, who heads Our Lady of Fatima parish in Woliwo, Onitsha, Anambra State, is believed to have unknowingly
become an accomplice after a parishioner approached him that she wanted to adopt a child and he referred her to the orphanage the baby was sold to and even helped her through the process.

Among those arrested was 28-year-old Joy Esu. According to Punch, Joy approached the mother of 18-month-old Abdullahi Azeez at her shop in Osogbo and pretended that she wanted to learn tailoring so the mother accepted. Two days later, when the mother left her alone with the baby to go to the market, Joy ran off with the child who she then gave to her boyfriend Sidney Onwuka.
Onwuka, who has sold at least 6 children stolen by Joy, then sold baby Abdullahi to one Maxwell Agu, who claimed to be running a government registered orphanage at Orlu, Imo State. Onwuka said he had sold six babies to the operator of the orphanage, including his own child, adding that the operator paid him N200,000 for his child.

Joy alleged Onwuka used charms to manipulate her into doing whatever he wants because she has never been able to refuse him when he sends her to commit a crime, even though he never pays her a kobo for it. She added that she even sold her daughter to him and he didn’t pay her for it.

President Muhammadu Buhari has been in tears after he lost two extended family members in less than 24 hours.

This was confirmed by presidency on Saturday. In a statement released on Saturday by the President Buhari's Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, said the president’s extended family had been struck by the loss of two senior members who died within a few hours of one another. Garba disclosed deceased, Hajiya Halima Dauda, happened to be the younger sister of Mamman Daura.

“She died at about the age of 56, leaving behind 10 children, four of them male and six female including one of President Buhari’s Personal Assistants, Mohammed Sabi’u Tunde,” he said.

Dauda's burial which took place few hours ago were attended by a Federal Government delegation led by the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari.

Others degnetaries who were on ground were the Minister of State, Aviation, Hadi Sirika; two businessmen- Alhaji Isma’ila Isa and Sayyu Dantata; three Senior Special Assistants to the President -Sarki Abba, Ya’u Darazo and Shehu; the Director General of the National Intelligence Agency, Ambassador Ahmed Rufa’i Abubakar, the Permanent Secretary, State House Jalal Arabi and the State Chief of Protocol, Ambassador Lawal Kazaure.

Recall, Hajiya Ai’sha Alhaji Mamman had earlier been buried on Friday.Buhari's Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity in a statement identified the second deceased as the wife of the President’s older brother, Alhaji Mamman.

Malam Mamman while receiving condolence  on behalf of the family and the Emir, Alhaji Umar Faruk for the people of Daura Emirate thanked God for the lives all the visitors for sharing the moment of grief with their entire family.

No fewer than 15 suspected internet scammers known as Yahoo Boys have been arrested by the operatives of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Lagos.
 
EFCC Zonal office Lagos has reportedly charge the suspects for offenses bordering on obtaining by false pretense, lottery scam and love scam.
 
The suspects names are as follows: Adeyemi Tiwatope, 20; Odeyemi Olawale, 20; Nike Afolabi Olaiya, 20; Awe Abimbola Ireti, 23; Yusuf Aliu Oluwafemi, 20; Osidipe Olatunbosun, 24; Tosin Adesanya, 19 and Adeyinka Bello, 17, Aliu Lukman, 18; Damilola Fatona, 20; Shonubi Adetola, 18; Adewale Babatunde, 17; Afolabi Lekan, 19; Awe Ayodele, 24 and Adeyemi Gbadebo, 19.
 
They were apprehended by the EFCC operative on Saturday, February 3, 2018 in the Shotubo and Awoluwo areas of Sagamu, Ogun State. Their arrest followed intelligence report received by the Commission about their criminal activities.
 
Reports confirmed the suspects alleged were living flamboyantly without legitimate sources of income. Up on their arrest, items such as laptops, phones bearing scanned forged documents, six exotic cars, charms and SIM cards, among others were recovered from them.
 
Among other items recovered up the arrest were coffins, calabashes and gourds from the home of a suspected kingpin of a syndicate of fraudsters, Adesanya R. Olaoluwa, who is currently under the EFCC list of watch.
 
The said Adesanya Olaoluwa according to investigations is alleged to be a herbalist who performs rituals for fraudsters to hypnotize unsuspecting victims. The suspects who are in detention while further investigation are still ongoing will soon be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.

Recall, 24- year-old boy who impersonated Globacom owner, Dr. Mike Adenuga, defrauded his victim of N1 Million  in Edo State.

He ran out of luck when he was nabbed by Ogun State Police Command for his criminal act and for impersonating Dr. Mike Adenuga. He arrest followed a complaint by the victim who gave his name as Abiola Olalekan Ogunseye, whom he had defrauded up to the tune of N1,028,770.
