1. Creat a cwm backup..
2. Do a full factory reset.
3. Mount system and format system.
4. Restore your MTK backup..(make sure you uncheck preloader and cwm)
5. After that boot to cwm
6. Advance restore and restore only data.

Let me know if it works.
