I find it rather hard to believe that one bank can simply stroll into another bank’s domain and withdraw funds from a customer’s account in the name of loan recovery.

Under the GSI, it will no more be possible for a bank customer to take a loan or credit from one bank and refuse to pay back, while continuing to maintain several other accounts in other banks with enough credit balance that could have paid back the debt of the first bank.

For instance, with the new policy, if a bank customer or account holder is granted a loan or credit by a bank (say GTB), and defaults in paying back when the facility becomes due in line with the agreed GSI repayment mandate, GTB can contact any other bank(s) in the country where the defaulting customer holds an account(s) with credit balance that is enough to offset the full value of the loan or credit and recover the loan or credit from there.

For instance, if a customer takes a loan or credit from GTB and defaults in repaying according to agreed repayment schedule, GTB can contact Zenith Bank, Access Bank and First Bank, if the customer has accounts with sufficient credit balances in those banks, and the accounts are linked by his or her bank verification number (BVN), to recover the full value of the loan or credit without any further recourse to the defaulting customer.

All beneficiaries were required to accept a digital offer letter prior to disbursement. This offer letter clearly stated the loan terms and conditions, including repayment obligations and the use of the Global Standing Instruction (GSI) mechanism in the event of default. Beneficiaries can access their individual offer letters by visiting https://covid19.nmfb.com.ng/ and inputting their BVN.

I think FAAN and cargo clearing agents have come to an agreement. Because I read an article yesterday that said cargo bay was getting full.
To be honest, FAAN didn't try: they have kept clearing rates at N7 for almost 2 decades and then decided to change it to N25 rapidly. They should have changed it to N10 and gradually by end of the year hit N25, giving operators enough time to inform their clients that delivery fees will go up.

I have a Sumec 12,990es generator. For the past two years I've been changing the oil as at when due, but recently I've discovered that noise has increased far more than it was when we first bought it. What could be the reason.

Also, aside changing of oil, is there more to servicing of gen? Do I have to call a generator technician to service it and what will they do differently...

I purchased a fairly used Huawei phone, wiped it, installed WhatsApp and I logged in my details.

I bought the phone purposefully because of WhatsApp and Telegram. To my greatest shock, I was logged out of WhatsApp when on live chat with one of my clients.
On the App, I requested for a Review, the Account was restored but only to be blocked again 2 days later.

I was so devastated thinking it was a direct WhatsApp ban for violating their terms. To my greatest surprise, my phone number have been blocked from using WhatsApp on any phone at all. I sent several messages to the WhatsApp Support , but the problem persists.

After making many efforts with little result to back my efforts. I got another line which I slotted in the same Huawei phone, only for the new line to be blocked from using WhatsApp.

The whole thing got me frustrated and I remembered Nairalanders are brilliant.

After taking it for a scan, results came out as TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE (Abnormal).
Also wrote PO707- TRANSMISSION CONTROL SENSOR. My rewire doesn't know what it's.

Please guru in the house, how do I solve this problem. Is it for the gear to be dropped by gear master or rewire work?
