Bought some dumbells and some small equipment to start doing some light work out on weekends.
Lifted the dumbells for about 30\1hr yesterday and this morning too.

Now my biceps are killing me. I can't even hold phone properly or stretch my hands straight. Everyone seems to be suggesting ice but its not working at all.

What should I do o?

Since none of our no.10 is working, I'd go with 433

Rashford and Martial would pin their wingbacks and have spaces left by them to exploit which has been Chelsea's weak spot. 3 in the midfield( Herrera, Matic and Scott) would give us an advantage and help in keeping the ball.

Finally it is the toughest ground for us in England and I'd take whatever is the outcome.

i disagree. How will Alonso mark sharawey when elshareway didn't hold or move the ball.? That ball was dropped ahead of Alonso and el sharawey. He ran fastest and took a one time shot! There is nothing Alonso could do there. You don't mark shots, you mark when a player moves with the ball. The only thing that showed there is Alonso's lack of pace.

Here's the thing, I agree the Baka-Fab combo is a bust, but if Conte is still playing that combo with the likes of Drinkwater, Kante and Luiz fit...then there's a problem.

Conte didn't have a problem dropping Fab as we saw last season, but I suspect that most of, perhaps even all our midfielders are currently unfit, which has forced Contes hand.

Left to the man, he would have played Kante yesterday, because he actually declared him fit. Kante was the one that said no way.

Look at the freed attacker that later recieved the pass from Dzeko, i think its perrotti, before he ran into that space, Look carefully and closely there is a chelsea Midfielder that was initially ahead of him(perrotti), then he allowed perrotti ran past him to exploit the space which Dzeko is about to create, he did not even close perrotti down AT ALL!!! The defenders did not mark dzeko well but then if that ball has gone in, that player there will have to share a huge amount of blame. Thats a lazy and lax attitude in a champions league night.

Azpi himself should not have run too close to Luiz there.

The 3 of them were man marking where they should have been zonal marking.
