Darmstadt are 100x less valuable than Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham. If they can chop 10 and 7 then why is Darmstadt news? Neuer could pass the ball but it only became a deadly weapon when Pep managed him. Ederson had passing range was it being used by Benfica to win games while playing a certain way? No. So, all those assists Neuer got at Schalke, he used a friendly weapon, right? 😆 |

swiz123: Difficult to admit but Sterling is our best player and our biggest attacking threat.
Palmer is currently being overrated by our reactionary fanbase. He lacks strength, pace and no shooting power. These are indispensable qualities of a winger and he shouldn't be made to start there.
Enzo is quite talented but I doubt he loves Chelsea. The passion I see in Gallagher and Caicedo, I don't see it in him. A more serious midfielder would have rushed to open up immediately Colwill gave Sanchez that pass, but no, he was almost hiding behind an Arsenal player. I wonder how we were going to keep possession if our CM is hiding behind opposition players.
Gusto is young and can't be relied on. Too sad we are being made to rely on him because we think he is a back up player to our world class right back. Foolishness of the highest order would be not signing a capable right back and stop hoping on James.
Sanchez could have done better but what happened was a simple training drill which is intended to keep possession under pressure and break opposition press. He was very angry at Enzo for he felt that he betrayed him and honestly, I feel the same way too. They have started to hype Sterling and spank a young and effective Palmer, that denied him a cheap PK, which he might have missed. |

Android17: He did not teach Haaland how to score as well but somehow Haaland had his most prolific season under Pep? What about Messi? Pedro? I could go on and on.
Revolutionizing the way the game is played is not about creating new techniques, silly. It is about changing the mentality or perception of the game.
Not just that, it involves challenging the status quo and engineering a different way of doing things in a manner that it influences how others do or view it.
Pep took the weapon that Ederson/Neuer already had and utilized it to maximize his team's winning potential. That is what makes him special and worthy of emulation.
He did not teach Messi how to dribble or shoot the ball, but he significantly weaponized Messi's dribbling and shooting abilities by creating the false 9 role rather than shoving him to the wings like every other manager (for e.g Rijkaard and Mourinho) tried to do.
I could go on and on.
Before Pep, most football managers coached their keepers into booting the goal kick long hoping for the target striker to bring it down. The few that did the opposite were either treated as over-ambitious neophytes who deployed it in the odd game as a tactical switch or they never won enough with it to justify the paradigm shift.
Pep changed the dynamics in both ways in that he not only used it consistently even when people said it was bound to fail - but that he also won so consistently that other managers believed it was an ironclad winning strategy - and now look what is happening around the world of soccer. Thank God that you know that not all managers asked their keepers to only boot out the ball. The playing from the back by keepers, wasn't invented by Fraudiola, among other false claims. Raumdeuter, take note. Also, thanks for not daring to hail Neuer's passing skills on your Apari coach. |

Android17: The same one that helped him beat Chelsea in 2009.
If Pep stole someone's idea why did other managers not steal it first so they can win like Pep? Why did others not copy the person who Pep stole it from? Why did they wait for Pep to steal it first before they decided to steal it from him? Answer the question I asked you my friend. I won't be surprised if you and Raumdeuter tell us, Fraudiola taught Neuer how to pass the ball from the back. |

Android17: Pep showed managers the importance of a ball-playing keeper. Klopp, Arteta, Ten Hag etc. copied him.
Pep showed the importance of inverting full backs.
Pep demonstrated playing out of the back as effective for winning teams.
He played without a striker.
He counter-pressed with Barca and Klopp is on record saying he copied him.
I could go on and on.
And he started with Barcelona B. What chequebook did that team need? Which of these ideas burnt his fingers against Chelsea in the Ucl final? Let us separate his useless inventions from useful ones, before telling you who started the ideas he stole. |

Princewill1: The only option left for the Evil Zionists are AIRSTRIKES
Why are they no longer talking about the ground invasion of Gaza?
What a lot of people don't know is that most Western military establishments are now WOKE. Most Western powers we fear and revered can't compete militarily today after allowing 'wokeness' and lgtv to enter their arm forces. A good example is how America abandoned the war in Afghanistan and ran way. Had it been French troops in Niger attempted to fight during the coup, you all would've seen how the bodies of French soldiers will drag on the streets of Niamey. They are weak and can't compete effectively in ground battle. What the only have now is technology. Israel today is technically an European country nothing Hebrew about them and they're following on the footsteps of their Western brothers.
Any Israeli ground engagement on Hamas/Hesbollah dominated area will be catastrophic for them. The only edge they have now is air power which can't achieve much. Ground battle is necessary in gaining control.
I'm not a Muslim but I hate the hypocrisy of the West and injustices meted to the Palestinian people. The white Zionists from Europe who are in Israel today are not even the original ancient Israelites. Why are we allowing them to grab lands that is not theirs? Go to Gaza and fight them. |

raumdeuter: BT Sport pundits Rio Ferdinand, Joe Cole, Glenn Hoddle and Joleon Lescott have heaped praise on Pep Guardiola, who they all believe has pioneered a transformation in English football. The game has become - to most observers - more attractive since Guardiola’s success at Barcelona and Bayern Munich, before he joined Manchester City in 2016 to work his magic in the Premier League
“We have now embraced that European way of playing and our ideas about football,” Ferdinand told BT Sport. “Being in and around the academies, the coaching is so different compared to when we grew up when it was all shouting and dragging people left and right. “Whereas now, it’s very much that culture of Guardiola, who has had a huge influence on that style of football.”
