Ghanaian businessman and politician, Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi has officially submitted a bid to buy Chelsea FC from owner Roman Abramovich.

A few days ago, the Russian billionaire decided to sell Chelsea FC after the war between Russia and Ukraine escalated following a controversy regarding the owner and whether or not he should be allowed to own a football club in the UK.
