I have been using glo bis (comonth) on my Q10 device for long now, I tried to do it d usual way 3 weeks ago but it didn't work out, I had to call glo BlackBerry customer care and they told me glo bis is no longer 1k now 1500 and I did it but to my surprise my friend that uses same phone did hers last week and at d rate of 1k, and I was super surprised. Any one with info on this should pls say it. Thanks
