When you're there, just start calling out the names of your favourite Nigerian (and Nigerian at heart) nairalanders on this here thread. You'd be surprised at the result. . .

Okay, I'm not attempting acting the advocate here, but you really can't judge based on the experience you got with a few folks in some club up in Dubai now, can you? Interesting you've never been to Naija, you could get more wowed by the experience than you've gotten elsewhere. We got them bad eggs, but hey, which nation don't?

I suggest in one of your opportunities for travel you consider a trip to the homeland. It really would be worth your while. At least I know it'll do your impression of the people, (including them Kanuris)   some good. . .
