Well I don't no...Cox mine happened so so fast like so so fast ,faster than I expected, my documents was sent before my lawyer came to d ausländerbehörde that's 2wks after my interview ,my husband submitted d stuff required by ausländerbehörde visa approved by them that same day he submitted, mail sent to german embassy In nigeria ,lawyer came for d verification after like 3wks or so for my verification...got a mail from them that I should submit my passport etc I did visa given
Applied on April 2020 ,got mail on May 20th2021 to come for interview on June17 ,July mail sent to my spouse from ausländerbehörde, lawyer came August, August was asked to submit my pass,print out of d mail and health insurance plus travelling date ,visa given August too ....so it took me like 2 months after interview to get everything done

My wife had her visa interview on Monday 4th November, afterward she was asked to pay 150,000 for verification. She didn’t went with the money because we had it is usually exempted for a spouse that is a research scientist. Thank God that they interviewed her. Please, how can we pay the money? does the embassy issue account number to transfer the payment because my wife is back to Abuja after her interview. Travelling back to Lagos for the payment will be another difficult task.

When was d interview ? Secondly if its taking long and d are not picking write them mails ...if d are not responding do well to pick an immigration lawyer remember d said after interview d verification process last for 6months

Work contact ,size of his apartment, pay slip,health insurance, how we met,how long we have been married etc all was put in writing....each city has different requirementsfrom ausländerbehörde Cox my husband requirementswas different with my friends own too

It should beausländerbehörde ,Cox when I did my interview ,german embassy forwarded it to then,d contacted my husband asking him tosubmit some documents which he did ,wasn't up to 5hrs d replied his mail saying d visa has been approved n d forwarded it to german embassy in nigeria

PLEASE WHICH OFFICE IN GERMANY IS IN CHARGE OF FAMILY REUNION because Nigeria embassy stated it in the mail i received that they await response/reply from Germany.
He has also gone to ‘Auslanderamt’, they said they are not in charge.

When you submitted your travel insurance how long did it take to get your documents back? I'm worried because I think I should send mine physically.
I had my interview on Friday 20th of august and I received an email the next Monday morning on 23rd that I should send my travel insurance and travel dates via email, courier or drop it myself. And I was asked to include copy of the email if I send physically. And they stated boldly in red that my travel date must be before 1st October which is my resumption date for work. I sent the documents that evening via email and I've been rethinking maybe I should have sent it physically, because I don't even know if they saw it self. [/quote]

I applied for d reunion April 20th 2020
Got mail on May 20th 2021 to come for my interview on 17th June 2021
Lawyer called 2weeks after my interview
Abh contacted my husband 12th July for document submission
Abh confirmation visa mail sent to my husband that same 12th July 2021
Lawyer came on 20th July 2021 for verification
He went back to lagos ,submitted his report on 10th August to d embassy

Everything depends on d VO and d type of lawyer sent, d reason y my lawyer didn't come when he called was because of d insecurities happening in d East
Some persons will tell u it took like 4months ,2months, 1week,2weeks, 3weeks etc before dia lawyer came

Just pray for urs to be fast and be patient
Got a mail to submit my passport,travel insurance and print out of d mail with a hand written travelling date on 18th of August 2021
