Gurus how do I look for long tails keywords(locally) that will rank in no time

I love programming and I intend making a living from it . Hence the need for this thread. I intend getting a laptop in order to start learning it.

Now the question is which low budget laptop do I have to so I can get started at least just for now.

On the long run may be I might consider other options. Programmers in the house I need your inputs on this.

There are two things that stops me from posting consistently. One, not keeping a writing schedule and two not being clear about my objective of what I actually want to write about blogging.
What makes me even more demotivated is the feeling of ” People already know that ! so don’t waste your time on something what everyone already knows.”

Guy that's not virus . You must have downloaded an app recently that is showing the pop ads. Same thing has happened to me before.

According to the Federal Executive Council on Wednesday, no federal university should charge tuition fees. The Minister of State for Education, Anthony Anwuka, stated this while briefing State House correspondents after the cabinet meeting presided over by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

Daily Trusts reports that the minister said the council discussed the school fees being charged by various universities “and noted that as of law, no federal university should charge tuition fees.”
Anwuka, also stated that the council understood that some federal universities charged fees per course unit, saying that the government would investigate and make sure it is stopped. The minister said the National Universities Commission had been directed to clarify and update the council on the matter.

“We understand some universities now charge fees per course unit and we are going to make sure that we investigate that properly and make it stop.

“Students can pay other auxiliary fees, but not in excess. Various university councils and management should be able to fix what fees students should pay that is affordable and acceptable to the students. That is the position.

“The federal government does not determine fees for private and state universities. It only takes responsibility for fees paid in the federal universities.”

The council has approved the insurance of provisional licence for the the establishment of Skyline University in Kano, the minister noted.

Morocco yesterday became the first country to take its case against officiating at the on-going World Cup to football governing body, FIFA.

Morocco, which was in group B of the competition in Russia, complained that a series of officiating mistakes facilitated its ouster from the competition, especially in matches against Portugal and Spain.

Nigeria, Senegal and Peru also have their own grouse to grind with the referees, whose conducts have been subject of debate among the neutrals in Russia.

In its complaint to FIFA, Morocco said ‘serious errors’ led to its inability to qualify for the second round, adding that the video assistant (VAR) referee system has been used to favour its opponents.

The VAR has been subject of debate among teams and fans here, with some countries complaining that the system was being manipulated to favour some teams. To Nigerians, Turkish referee, Cuneyt Cakir deliberately ignored a hand ball that would have given Eagles win over La Albiceleste in their decisive last group game on Tuesday. Argentina won the game 2-1 to leapfrog Nigeria to second place and a spot in the second round of the competition.

In a letter sent to FIFA President, Gianni Infantino, Morocco said: “We want to express our indignation at the injustice suffered by our national team, following serious refereeing errors that led to [the team’s] premature exit from the first round of the 2018 World Cup.”

The letter signed by Morocco’s FA president, Fouzi Lekjaa, added: “The severity of these refereeing errors is all the more evident in the fact that in these two matches [against Portugal and against Spain], the use of VAR served only to preserve the interests of our competitors.”

It pointed to three incidents in its game against Portugal, including Cristiano Ronaldo’s goal early in the game, saying that it should have been disallowed because a Portuguese player committed a foul before the strike.

In the 2-2 draw against Spain, Lekjaa listed five decisions that erroneously went against his country, including Spain’s added time equaliser

“With what has happened we can only express our serious concern at the persistence of these injustices and the negative impact on the image of FIFA and the future of football,” he said.

He urged FIFA to “take the necessary measures and make the necessary adjustments in order to repair these injustices and guarantee the conditions of a competition with equal opportunities for all teams.”
