I got my level two badge removed 10 days ago, and i got it back five days later. After the badge removal, my gigs were removed from search but they added them again after contacting them. That five days, i did a lot of hacks to get things going.

I had once been in this exact position as you currently are; I kept rejecting the offered cancellation of a deranged client, trying to appease the client along with updating the customer's desk on how everything played out but all at the expense of future soothing deals and in the end I had move on so as not to have my account affected (as I have once witnessed). There has been cases where disputes were resolved in favor of the seller only for the said buyer to run a charge-back from paypal amidst so many other irregularities. You just cited how the incidence has affected a mouth-watering deal you have with someone else, how many more deals have to suffer. perceptive understanding of a client (whether done in error) can help us determine when to pull out when they begin playing to earlier assumptions.
