And If its indian... I hit the "RESOLUTION CENTER" and cancel...no consideration...

Just as some of us use VPN to operate foreign accounts; they can as well that, so how can you get the precise location of a buyer (most especially the Indian)?
Fiverr mirrors all it user's pc time accurately. So by taking note of the time just at the top right corner of the message box-close to the individuals name, and checking it out on google to find out whether the location the buyer claims to come from corresponds with the displayed time; you can know whether a buyer is from the actual location or not assuming the buyer hasn't changed the time to tally with the purported location of the account. Mind you the user would have to be away for the time to show!

Kai, this one that you have mentioned the person being an Indian, please watch it ooh, I don't want sound like I'm passing any verdict on all Indian but the ones I have worked were terrorist; they either want 10 times more value for whatever they pay or want to cheat one out rightly that I have vowed never to work with any again. Just make sure you don't commit yourself to too much cost aside that of the internet data. It's well!

This PAYPAL negga's are simply the latest terriorist's! How do explain a scenario where a buyer has gotten a service and he goes back to his paypal acc to effect a cashback. Why are lots of sites allowing payments through this vendor... Why are they this popular. Nowadays, I use some wit to find out how a buyer who intends ordering my gigs would make the payment because any other means except paypal is the way oh!!

This is just one out of other weak systems fiverr has in place as this can of rubbish can't happen on Upwork, that's why it's no longer by all these custom order screenshots, not even by the order being marked as complete, it is by still seeing the funds in your account after waiting through those intense 14 days for the funds to fully clear.
That's why I prefer working with clients who use other payment platforms aside the paypal. Take heart bro. I trust you would get that 1 or more genuine client(s) that would make up for the criminal touts that would want to ride on someones sweat!

Like you just took those words out of my month, I'm currently critiquing a client's book of about 12 000 words which I charged him $300, I thought I had hit a jackpot until I went through the book... It was as if the client wrote the book in his language and used google-translate to change the book to English language.. There's a little difference between writing a book from scratch and critiquing such document. One lesson I learn't is to always go through the task first as it's not just about the number of words; A 20 000 word straight-english document can easily be proofread than a complicated 5 000 words document.

I also noticed that the address was something like http://fiverr99.fiverr.com . I cancelled it and did not put my password. Has anyone encountered this before?

My experience with a buyer from Israel... This stupid guy contacted me for a crowd funding letter(5dollar job) which I did and was expecting something positive from him and as a level one seller and 99% rating but the silly dude gave me a 1 star and dropped my ratings to 90%. I was mad and quickly contacted the buyer, told him that he shld av asked for a modification instead of that review. I contacted Cs for a refund and his money was refunded but what surprised me was that the buyer later sent a message that he actually gave me a 5star for the letter... I was furious but nothing could be done again. Guys, please be careful with buyers from isreal.

Use the message section to always deliver your order so you can gauge whether he's happy with your job; after which you could then proceed to deliver the job through the order notification link. True is not every satisfied buyer would drop a 5 star review as we have all witnessed that either through personal experience or by someone's else; so do your best to convince the satisfied buyer of an extra cheap service or recommendation of how best to go about maximizing the order you have delivered should he give you a five star review. For instance, if you delivered a naming service to a buyer and he expressed his satisfaction from his feedback in the message box. You can then go ahead to deliver the order telling him that if he drops a 5 star review, you will show him how to draw traffic to his business or draw targeted clients to his business.
BTW, there's an annoyingly intrusive Jumia advert that occupies the right side of my system each time I either log in on nairaland or whenever I am using the torch browser, it's got no option to rid it off and keeps blocking my view, very annoying!!
