If they ask individual parent to buy books needed for school, Do you think each parent would spend less than that to buy the required books?

So, why not use the 2 billion which the state CLAIMS will go to textbooks, on this FIRST?? Do you not spend money building the house first before you decide on how best to furnish it??

Gov. Rochas has kept to his promise of free education. My younger brother has received a refund of last 3rd Term school fees he paid. It is absolutely free in Imo now.
