Guy that phone is a total headache
It depends on the version your using
There is the small Vivo phone and the Medium and the Big one.
The Small one, Hopefully Does Facebook and Whatsapp
The Medium one, Hopefully Does the same but PlayStore is Quack, Doesn't have a Follow come Xender but you can collect from a friend using Bluetooth.
The Big one, Hopefully Does Everything, honestly Vivo is beginning to do good but I won't recommend you use Vivo for Life.

Summary: The Small ones use to Expire, The Medium Sizes use to have little issues and then months go by and the Phone becomes Slow and starts heating up. So.... Frustrating

It doesn't make it right. I understand that even that 400k is small compared to what people pick lately even people without jazz.

But eehn, it is obvious now why fraud won't leave anytime soon. People toil all their lives and won't make up to 100k dollars throughout till they die. I can rightfully say, if I get 400k now I will probably retire and go into full time entrepreneurship.
