I'm sorry for all you have to go through. Firstly, the letter issued to you is not in anyway written by a lawyer, there's no stamp on it. Secondly, did you sign any contract with this agency? Please answer this questions then we'll know where to begin.
Hello Nairalanders. I want to call the attention of everyone here . I once posted what I have been suffering from the hands of the Agency that I simply contracted to take care of my application. This is simply a monumental show of shame and greed. I am pressing demands to have access to my CIC online application for Canada Study Permit. At some point I got vexed because of the undeserving treats I got from this Agency. Sometimes you call their number they won’t pick. It appears as if I was bugging them with my calls and sometimes instead they will tell me to send a mail.In my life I have never been humiliated or treated the way I was treated by this Agency. But I was calm and patient because I was determined to see the end of it and on the 27th of November the Agency forwarded me a mail from CIC which contained the refusal reasons and I posted it here that finally the visa has been denied. I believe that login details should be a rightful entitlement entitlement of whomesomever that applies for a study permit via the online route. But in my case is has become a sacrilege that I am requesting for it even after the VISA has been denied. They never granted me access to this till my visa was denied on the 27th of November which I also posted on this thread. Today I also got a letter from the Agency (KEYSTYLE LEARNING) that I am threatening them. To be honest I do not trust them anymore because of the way everything is playing out and since it has surfaced to this level I am prepared to go to any length with this Agency . So now my visa has been denied and I am rightly requesting that they grant me access to contact my school to applly for the refund of my tuition fee I paid directly from my bank since the agency has been the one contacting the school on my behalf since July .These their attitude goes a long way to demonstrate that something is hidden. So I do not have right to also ask them to grant give me the online access to contact the school that I paid my tuition fee to refund my money? ... Please I want everybody to look into this matter and tell me where I have gone wrong.
I am ready for this WAR which they have waged against me and I am going to fight it to the finish. This is my 2Million Naira that is involved . It’s my hard earned money I paid directly from my bank to school and now that I need the agency to grant me access to ask for refund they are keeping deaf ears. The wickedness of man is too much in this country.

Frankrobbn1: Yeah! someone I know did after sending a CSE to CIC. Although no outcome yet neither have they called the applicant for medicals as the application is still under active review at the processing visa office.
I quite agree with you. I contacted them through email and they requested for a new admission letter, fortunately for me, my admission letter is valid for one academic year. Please if your application is way past the processing time, send them an email or whatever means is convenient for you. Peace.

Trapping: Honestly, the amount of time Canada takes in processing a simple visa is depressing. When I see June applicants still waiting for a response/decision on their application my heart sinks - I'm like, am I sure I shouldn't have looked for another country to pursue my post graduate ambitions. The way some of these embassies treat Nigerians' applications is just not fair, despite raking in billions in applications from Nigeria. I guess it's high time Nigerians protested this unfair treatment from Canada.
Isn't it wicked for an embassy to decline someone's application after holding unto the person's application for 12weeks?. Haba!
Also, the bank accumulate balances. The balance will definitely be inaccurate. It is best you ask for a new bank statement. That's my take
bbclue: Additional. .hmmmmm to me I will say you reprint all over again..because printing additional page will be on a separate bank paper....or are u going to staple it with the previous one......just closed your eye and reprint 6month bank statement....other you can still print 3month bank statement if you wish
Austinpee4: You do not need to write extensively about your previous refusal. They already have details of your refusal. However, you must answer yes on the application form to the question of having been refused a permit or visa before. Your SOP can include how you have responded to the previous refusal issue in a paragraph or two with exactitude. Also, make sure the documents submitted in support of your application or claim(s) speak more for you than what is written.
UCI: Unique Client identifier. (Your permanent reference number on IRCC database for all Canadian immigration related issues)

Newman1010: @Akchi32, what do you mean by “apply as a fresh applicant”? Do you intend to create a new profile? If that’s your intention, then I am sorry for you because you will just cause problems for yourself.
As far as you will apply with the same details and passport, they will find out.
Please on your previous account, state your UCI, clearly state the previous refusal reasons and what you’ve done so far.
My previous degree was Public administration, i was given masters in public administration. Thanks for your response.
JoseJonn: What what your previous degree and what are u going for? Apply as a fresh applicant stating that u were previously denied the reasons and how u have successfully tackled them. NB:This shld be on a separate page...more like an loe, I mean ur previous denial reasons and how uve tackled it.
Hello Everyone! I need your help. i have a peculiar challenge. i applied for TRV with an admission to study PGC but was denied on the ground of purpose of visit. During my waiting for a decision, i also applied to University of Regina, i was offered admission in Masters Programme. I am about to apply for TRV, my question is,
1. Should i state in my SOP the reason for the initial denial? Bearing in mind its not same programme i am reapplying for. 2. Should i go ahead and apply as a fresh applicant? Though stating categorically that I've been previously denied visa in my form. 3. Please advise if what you have in mind is entirely different from what i stated above.
