Seems am not missing any thing, when I read through comments about nairabet here.

As a pioneer member of nairabet online platform since 2006, woke up one day to find my account deactivated, when I e-mailed their CC, their reason was that I didnt log into my account for a month.

Was shocked at first, then smiled and soliloquized (Good Riddance To Proud rubbish).

As the founder of NairaBET, I have not put in place any policy that deactivates accounts after one month of inactivity. Agents, yes but not punters.

Meanwhile sir, there was no NairaBET in 2006. Infact we were not yet in existence in 2007. Even 2008, there was no NairaBET.

I ranted here a couple of pages back that once Bet9ja starts their cash out, that would be it for me and Nairabet . So I started playing games wrecklesly with the small remaining amount in my Nairabet account with the aim of just exhausting it and quitting there for good. Even played the last 100 naira there and saw results which indicated the ticket lost. Lol, logged in to see if there is any option of deleting my account, only to see strange amount credited in my account. On checking the last ticket I played, it appeared that their new 'One game cut your ticket? No problem' rule worked in my favour. So at least, I saw something that actually works on Nairabet and which could really come in handy so, I won't delete again .

In the whole of Africa, only NairaBET does this.

This proves once again that it is not the bookies' issue. It is like a dispense error or card payment error with POS where you get debited but payment did not actually go through.

Contact your bank. They will work on it. They can either return your money after some days or ensures it gets through so you can get value at Merrybet.

I am not Merrybet but I'm certain this is not their fault.

A game of 1.5 now spoils your bet, this is how we will calculate it.

You were expecting N300,000 in total. We will take out the bonus of N50,000 which gives us N250,000. Next we will take out the 1.5 game that spoilt the ticket. N250,000 divided by 1.5 is N166,000. We will credit you with 10% of that into your account. That is a compensation credit of N16,000.

You placed an accumulator with N100 but lost it because a game spoilt it but we pay you N16,000.

N16,000 payment for a bet you lost.

Just checked the basketball markets and they are now working (nba at least). That's a massive improvement since they were not working on sunday.
As to the cash out, maybe with all these upgrades, i'll try it again
but my prior experience was that it wouldn't just work. On mobile, there won't even be the option of cashing out. On lite, it would say no bets available for cashout.
What particular criteria must a bet meet before it is available for cash out?

I Placed An Accumulator. When one of the games were being played, the bet disappearance from the cash out list.

I guess I spoke too soon on the features of the new nairabet.
The cash out is a joke. The other sports outside football don't ever have markets on mobile. Haven't checked web platform.
But my wahala with them is the asian handicap. I've written email upon email. Nothing has been done. Guess I better call everyone's attention to it. The quarter asian handicap (+0.25, +0.75) and the full asian handicaps (over 3, over 2) don't work.
I have bets still reading open like leverkusen vs tottenham which I placed as tottenham +0.75
I am only grateful I was still in experiment mode else nah so money for don hang.
