secondly, one of my cousin whom i personally referred to nairabet with username as : emychristian whose customer id is : 1081718 also made a withdrawal of #400,000 since 5th of June 2017, ref. no. : 40987913 , he is yet to be paid as well and the balance of #23,000 in his account has been net to zero as well.
kindly help because i am personally worried thinking probably if the company is safe for me to continue playing games with or not though i like the newly upgraded mobile site which makes it easier for me to place my bets.

We had this discussion about a month back about a racket of agents getting 5% commission, crediting phony accounts, doing some arbitrage and doing payouts.

What we did is return the monies to the agents minus the 5%. We paid the cash back and I can post receipts if you want me to.

There must have been a major issue on this. Even the people that won yesterday and being paid already not to talk of a month ago.

Yes, sometimes, our risk management department flags some payout requests for different reasons like suspicion of affiliate fraud.

Once in a blue moon, innocent people get temporarily affected which we resolve at the end of the day.

It seems its a common practice among Nigerian bookies. In my own case with akinalabi's nairabet, the initial bonus was just deleted after the ticket greened as You can see below.

She funded two customers with 100,000 each and the customers play a two way game, say total goals (even/odd) @ 1.85 (average nairabet odds for such games) with the total sum, when one wins, the total winnings will be 185,000naira (plus 10,000naira) 195,000 while total stake is 200,000. There's still a loss of 5000naira. No matter how the odds are, as long as long as there's an overround, there will be a loss even with the 5% bonus.

I believe your 'red flag' was as a result of consistent winnings by that particular customer with huge stakes. If not, it would have picked out another customer doing something similar since you can track accounts the agent funds.

What you have done to the agent who brought you a customer was totally unfair, I'm sure if there had been consistent huge losses from the customer, she'll have still been your agent today.

Like you said, even though you consulted everyone involved, you still acted in your own interest which was selfish.'

Do you know this is the 3rd time we are banning this agent? She finds a way to use another details to register. We found out that she was the same person when we traced her method of payment.

The same agent funds just about 3 customers who then plays only a particular kind of bet.

An agent that has been banned 3 times and still paying N25k to register to become an agent with me. You think that agent loves me so much or the agent is on a mission? With some much competition, out there, she will be vexing to go to other bookies as I ban her.

As for the overrounds you mentioned. If the overround is less than 105% then fraud is automatic with 5% agent commission. Remember also that the second leg does have to be at NairaBET. It could be elsewhere. . . Arbitrage don start be that which we frown upon.

Forget the calculations sef. There are patterns that when sighted, actions have to be taken.

I don't think anyone has qualms about this really as money has been returned. It's not like those accounts have won or something. We discovered early and returned monies. Fair enough in my opinion.

A lot of Nigerians cannot survive on foreign bookmakers because those ones are very strict on these things.

Over the years, I've heard people here say forget Naija bookies, I'm going to foreign bookies. Most of them return silently when the foreign ones start giving them headaches.

Anyway, I believe all those affected are cool. If they are not, I'm ready to listen to them even more so I can do what will make you them happy.

This has actually been sorted offline today but since it is here I justmight as well contribute here too.

So here goes.

A lady named Ifeoma signed up to become an online agent where she will be getting 5% of every funding she carries out on our behalf.

She funded her agent account with N925,00 and we topped it up with her 5% commission which is N48,700 which took her balance to N974,000

Our risk management department then discovered something. We discovered that the account account she funded (yours) was only playing a 2 way game. Just Under only. All bets Under Under Under Under. This is a red flag because all she needs to do as an agent is fund two different accounts, play Under on one account and play Over in the other one. One will win and one will lose. Remember she has already collected 5%.

So the winnings plus the commission will be more than the one lost. Simple, smooth but illegal operation.

What are the possibilities that all the customers an agent is funding is playing only one kind of bet?

What we did was we removed the monies from the customers accounts, put it back in the agent's account, removed the 5% we gave her and we returned her cash to her today. And she will no longer be our agent.

We waited a bit to be sure what was going on to be able to know the best the we did and after extensive discussion with you and everyone involved, we sent the money today.

Please find attached the receipt of the transfer we did today.

I am one who always advises new comers into punting to quit, but Nairabet keeps bringing me in

A number of times, I have played what I called my *last* game on punting on Nairabet, forgot it in annoyance when a game spoils ,only to randomly login to my account just for the sake of it (I just don't know why I do this), and then to see some random amounts in my account accruing from a couple of tickets where only one game cut the tickets. .

And so I would have my interest rekindled again , lol.

The last payout I made on Nairabet was 24 hrs. Quite impressive. I made the request on a Sunday Night after games and by close of work Monday, I received the alert. Bet9ja these days , sometimes it takes over three days.

The odds are better on Nairabet than on Bet9ja and once games are through, you see results (win or loss) immediately unlike on Bet9ja where you can wait for them to green a game for 24hrs .

But there are a number of things which you Alabi , needs to implement for easier and happier usage of your platform . And I hope you take note, and see that its for the better for all.

1) Please implement a way where people can select games based on time periods. You had this in the old site. For instance, The next 24 hrs, Next 72hrs, next 1 day. I remember this was available on the old site. Right now, you find situations where people book for games that will be played in the next week without knowing it while they were simply trying to book games for the day.

2) When placing bets and there is an error, all you see is "Bet placement failed" and the green button that says "continue". After you click continue, you are taken back to start afresh and all the time and effort would be wasted. This is not helpful.

Other sites will give you the reason why there is an error, either a game you played has already started or the games are not available, then they would give you options of removing those games and continuing with your ticket. That is better than having no clue what the error is about and having to start all over.
Even if the system has been programmed just to give out that "bet placement failed" message, the "continue" button should be programmed to actually continue and retain your unerring games so that you wouldn't have to spend so much more time redoing it.

3) Please don't restrict Nigerian NPFL . A number of times I have tried to play games containing Nigerian League only for the system to say "Bet Placing was not successful ". The error would continue until I remove the NPFL games and it would then go. This shouldn't be.

Right now, Nairabet treats our NPFL league better than Bet9ja does for a fact ,but you need to go further and set a mark.
There is no reason why SA league would have all the options but NPFL wont. Even if other bookies and your affiliates dont, you should set a marker and be known for the Nigerian Bookie that made the NPFL league prominent on bookies.

After all, it is *Nigerian" League and you are *Naira* bet. You need to represent us.

On Monday 5/6/2017 16:06, I placed a nine-folds bet and won (Ref 124000832, 2) but as I type this, my account (kaylaychi_311) is yet to be credited.

I spent the greater part of Tuesday calling your care reps. At a point, one of them started shouting. It was I who had to remind her to be courteous (revisit your call logs 6/6/2017 10:56 6mins 10secs).

i used webpay the transaction was successful but there was no money in my nairabet account though the money was debited. When this happens, it is network error. Like when you use a POS and you get debited yet the transaction actually did not go through. Like ATM not dispensing and you still get debited.

It is not a NairaBET problem and if you go through this thread, you will see complaints with other bookies too and I even went to defend them.

You will have to fill a dispense error form at your bank. For some banks it is by email. You will be refunded after some time.

I'm sorry about the inconvenience but I want you to know that we will never scam you of your money.
