i used to enjoy nairabets agency plan not untill recently the defered.
Before joining them, i did my analysis based on the 35% weekly plan not until the placed every agent on 50% monthly plan. Since then i have been finding it hard to break even.
-i have to pay those working with me
- i have to subscribe, fuel my gen , pay taxes.
I have finally decided to dump them. If you are an agent with another company offering commission on sales pls indicate. I no fit hustle without pay this 2016.

Every agent will not be on 50% monthly plan. Starting from March 1, weekly commission on sales will start. That will replace the 35% weekly sharing formula.

Any agent that wants weekly will be on commission on sales. Those on monthly 50% ratio will remain.
