We had a disconnect between feeds provider and our system with some market types which means we have been settling them manually. You know there is no way that can be perfect. Sometimes, we miss some because there are thousands of bets.

We are working day and night to restore automatic resulting and I expect that to be done by tomorrow. For today, we settle manually and I will settle yours in the next 15 minutes.

I've not received my money and I've wasted a lot of time and airtime calling your customer care which have been giving me the reply that I'll recieve my money before 24 hours run out excluding weekends. Today is Wednesday and It's 57 hours and 39 minutes and I've not recieved my money. One of your agents insisted I contact my bank and inquire from customer if there is an error and I've done that but yet there is no error.
I contacted your customer care agents this morning and I asked one of your agents help me croscheck my account name and number. She herself confirmed that it's a perfect match and yet I've not received my money.

I have taken a look and I saw that we initiated the transfer but I can see here that "the transaction was declined by the bank".

I don't know why that happened.

I think it's one of those accounts that cannot receive more than a particular amount at a time.

I stopped using the idiotic Nairabet a long time ago, almost a year now. The foolish company had been frustrating me, but the height of it was when my N9k vanished in the process of loading my nairabet account.all calls and emails were unanswered.

I'm happy that Bet9ja has been eating my betting losses since then, rather than Nairabet.

This Alabi of a guy would run out of business very soon. That's always what happens when you get high on your own supply, believe your own hype, and start feeling like a don merely because business is temporarily booming more than you expected... No structure, no long term plan, no strategy, nothing. That's the typical naija business man for you.

I wouldn't be surprised that Bet9ja is owned by a foreign company. They designed a new mobile site but left the old one intact, because majority of people prefer and still use that old site. Nairabet designed a rubbish new site and forcefully abolished the old one that most of their users preferred. See the difference.

It is like a POS/ATM error. If the money was not reversed to your account, you need to contact your bank to complain of dispense error. It will be sent back to you.

I think nairabet is having issues recently, a lot of complains. Coupled with what happened last week, where one lady won 16 miller with 7 straight draws, they don finish be dat.

We have issues with automatic resulting of some markets in in play betting. There was a disconnection between feeds provider and our system which we have been working on.

For now, we settle them manually.

That is the only issue.

My brother, if you feel 16m is what will crash NairaBET after about a decade then you will believe anything.

I placed two separate bets both on inplay , which I won. the event is dated on the 3rd and 6th of october respectively. I have spent more than 1 hour total talk time with your customer care agents but it has never been resolved. its still showing as open bet after more than 2 weeks....if you doubt I can screenshot and show you.
As if that was not enough, I try using a friend's account this recently passed weekend, that was scared of funding is account as my problem is still pending. The money was debited from the bank account but till today nairabet has not credited the account.....

For In Play betting, it's an issue we have for some of the markets. We have been settling them manually as the requests come. We are working on an instant automatic solution.

For the debiting of your card without getting value, that is not our fault. It's like ATM or POS error.

If the money is not automatically reverse to your account then you should contact your bank for dispense/ATM error.
