The appeal court sitting in Enugu has asked the Senate to inaugurate Igbeke as the senator representing Anambra senatorial district. This comes after Igebeke returned to the court for explanation on its earlier judgement. In its judgement the court said in the earlier judgement Igbeke wasn't part of the suit that was struck out.
