@ modupe or others, please who has use invitation to UA, though I just applied and they send me the procedures and checklist stuff, but my problem now is how genuine are these people., they claimed to recruit for poland, where as they are in Ukraine., again I noticed they gave 2 watapp number, but only one is working and lastly their fee is $600 dollars.
I wanted to use them to, but check their reviews they are bad.

For Masters, Let me add that UBC closed on December 1, same with U Alberta.
Payment for U Toronto closed December 1 with document upload for January closing.
McGill closes December 20 or 21 so you have to hurry.

Other schools you can apply to that i know that application for law is on till January 15 is U Saskatchewan and
U CALGARY

Check out University of Windsor
University of Ottawa
Queens University
And University of Western ontario.

For PH.D, I don't know if application closes or its perpetual.
Thank you so much.

I can't help you find an institution. You'd have to do that work yourself. Google "PhD in Law site:ca" and then explore your options. Personally, I know McGill University, York University, and University of Toronto are top Canadian schools for Law. You may also want to explore University of Alberta and University of British Columbia.

As for funding, almost all PhD programs are fully funded but you can mail the specific department to confirm.

Many Canadian schools do no need IELTS or any other language test from Nigerians as long as you finished from a Nigerian university.
Thank you so much.

You'd have to be specific about the information you need. smiley
The name of the institution if possible, how to get the full funding, is Ielts/French required before applying and when to apply. Thank you.

Goodluck to all TRV applicants in this new thread. I started with the previous thread from Nigeria and now I'm in Canada. May it be the same for you.

Remember that approval is not by how many things you submit or how excellent your application documents are. It's mostly a game of luck, who the VO is, "divine grace", and doing the right things. Always keep things simple if you can. Don't appear too desperate by overdoing things and don't be too laid back by not submitting the essential documents.

Before you ask questions, do a simple search on Google and add Nairaland to the end of the search query so that you can see if the question has been answered before. If you need further clarification after that, you can then ask. Remember that nobody is mandated to answer any question here. We are all partners in progress, so don't feel angry if your question goes unanswered. Just ask again and do so politely. Before I became active here, I had read almost all the pages from parts 13-16. I also advise others to do same and by the time you're done, you would know so much about the entire process and could even be an agent if you want.

Pls i need information on this as am planning to start my application for PhD studies in Law.

You've to pay it. The money is yours!

They will transfer all to you when you've opened a Norwegian bank account.

OMG nobody can give me such money. I was thinking you will just show them Statement of acct with a sponsorship letter to back it up.

Hello Efair!

I'll gladly answer all questions asked in the order it was thrown;

1) Having a closing balance of NOK 123,519 ain't really advisable ( looking at the interest rates and currency fluctuations). Make provision for those contingencies. Try to raise it slightly higher at least to be on a safer lane.

2) If you've it stamped, that's lovely but the downloadable ones on Bank apps suffices too. It's official too. I used the one normally received monthly. So it's all acceptable.

3) If both of your name is on the statement, then it's satisfactory providing your name is also there. If it's not, then your Hubby needs to draft a sponsorship letter. BTW, a sponsorship letter is pretty easy to sample. I have samples.

4) To bring your Hubby and kids is 100% possible. The applicant ( your Hubby) is entitled to work 40hrs per week and your kids enjoy the privileges other kids enjoys too. I know applicants intending to bring their spouse and kids when they get there.

Additionally, it's equally possible to bring your fiancé/fiancée too.

Best of luck!

Pls this 123519 NOK, i hope is not going to be paid into their acct in norway.

Travel / Re: Life In Jordan For Nigerians by Akinsj: 9:10am On Jun 04, 2019
[quote author=xoxo001 post=79001820]Prior to 2018 you don't have to pay any tuition fee until you get to Jordan, apart from your application fee but the policy was changed when they discovered that Nigerians don't pay even when we get there.

what we used to do is to go to a medical clinic in Jordan, do our medicals and take the results to their ministry to collect the residence permit. However, they discovered that the population of Nigerian students keeps rising but they schools are not getting paid lol.

They decided that it's important now that you pay your school fees before coming to Jordan. if you don't pay, no admission. No admission,no visa lol. that's was how it all started, now you have to pay before getting the admission.

We have to know that these foreign countries change their policies frequently to avoid being used for selfish reasons. the information I got now is that, all results must be authenticated now. this why I will keep saying that procrastination is bad. whatever you want to do in life do it, cos tomorrow maybe too late.

who knows what policy they are going to change tomorrow? maybe by next year you won't be able to get residence permit out of the schools again and it will be the school that will be giving that out. God help us sha, we must make am.

Thanks bro for the information I applied and the school responded but the accommodation aspects is kind of expensive he said 500-700JD how can u help with the accommodation. Can I PM u though I already sent u a message.
