Is the certificate issued by intitutes lyk IIHT necessary for me to be able to get a job opportunity with my ICT skills?

I am a final year university undergraduate,studying mechanical engr.I will graduate with a 2:2 and for a while,i have been thinking on the general issue of unemployment,underemployment in this country,coupled with the fact that my Ggpa myt place me at a disadvantage in the Labour market.I have weighed several options and been trying to find a way to alleviate the challenges infront of me.I came across a post on nairaland just of recent on the need to have marketable skills to be relevant in the labour market and i have since then been thinking of acquiring some ICT skills..i need the guidance of experienced folks here to advice me.The options i have are:-

-Masters
-Professional course(s)
-ICT skill(s)

1)Which of these will make me really relevant and employable in the labour market?
2)which ICT skills are the most lucrative and in high demand?

well I was I'm my school clinic to collect my medical certificate (I'm in 300l tho) .. I had done d medicals few months earlier including HIV test and I was confirmed negative.. I was handed d comprehensive test results with genotype -AA, blood group- 0 positive. somehow d 'positive' stretched into d space meant for HIV. ( Those medical ppl wont kill person wit their hand writing).

I became confused and at d same tym weak.. I met one of d nurses 4 clarification and she maintained DAT it was just d blood group.

Not satisfied I went back to d Lab for another HIV test.. few minutes d test came out negative.. I remember d attendant trying to play wit my emotions but I told ha I was certain d result wud com out negative tho I nursed some fears..
