Please any idea where one can get the processed vine. I got some vines which I planted last year from an experienced farmer but the potatoes had lots of leaves but there was no tuber when it was time to harvest.
I asked the farmer that gave me the vines. He said his own didn't turn out well too.

So I am thinking of getting from more reputable sources this year.

Since he is a yearly tenant he has a right to 6 months.
The 6 months is not free.
Don't try to forcefully remove him by removing the roof or any other foul means. If he has a good lawyer, you might find yourself in jail if your use any foul means.
Take him to court. He will be given about 6 months to move out which will he must pay for. Since he has stayed for 3 just exercise patient for 3 more months.

Some of them add as much as 500k on top wetin the owner dey demand. Look for a friend, a friend's friend or a Yahoo boy trying to sell around you. So you can have an idea of the usage.
All those "car used by a lady" "owner relocating abroad" etc na packaging.
Wetin my eye see when I was trying to "upgrade" by getting a Nigerian used no be small.
Now I don go back to my own car. When I have money I go get a Tokunbo.

Look for a way to get rid of that vehicle at any cost. Sell it. Dash it out! Just part ways with it somehow!
