You are right to an extent. Strictly speaking a mega city is a city with a population of at least 10million people.
But Lagosians use the term loosely to refer to how developed and how vibrant the state is.

It all happened about 15 years or thereabout so my memory is a bit foggy at best. But my boss worked with Stella and Jaiye on a project with DBN that year. I was able to observe them at a very close range and the romance/chemistry between then was crazy. When the guy died and there was rumours I thought its normal inlaw Wahala.
Its possible you are right though. I can't seem to reconcile Stella of that year with this one jumping from one man to another.
