No matter how we see it, the bogus claim by the DSS is dead on arrival, they are just playing hide and seek, tell me now who is culpable for economic sabotage?

Why lie under oath?

What happens to the rule of law?

The order has been given, why go get another kangaroo order from a court of coordinate jurisdiction to hide under the impunity you are bringing into the land?

Its high time Nigerians begin to ask these salient questions.

They tried to rope Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah into Dasukigate, they found nothing. They searched for TAN's involvement, they found nothing. They now want to give his transaction a bad, a sort of payback for the waves TAN made. If this commercial dispute is punishable by death, what becomes of those that were involved in crude swap without delivering petroleum product or remitting the money for over 3 years of loading Capital Oil's crude oil.

What of those that stole crude? In their first press release and in the lagos court, they said Dr. Ubah was inciting tanker drivers which translates to economic sabotage in their thinking.

When they could not substantiate their claim with any proof, they subsequently changed gear to allege that Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah was trying to cause scarcity by distributing petroleum products and hence, a capital crime punishable by death.

How senseless. The question is did Capital sell the peoduct in Cotonou or Mali? Was it sold to animals or Nigerians? Who is by this act insigating scarcity? Dr. Ubah or NNPC ?.

This same Capital Oil that has been rescuing NNPC when they lacked product. This same company has frequently rescued the country in petroleum crises and during strike actions. Did NNPC inform DSS that they have been borrowing product also from Capital Oil on more than 3 ocassions this year.

Will they also be condemned to death for borrowing product from a private citizen to support thier inefficiency or incompetence. Nigerians should expect more expose as there is ample evidence to show that Capital Oil borrowed NNPC petroleum products to cover their inefficiencies

For the records, i won't join issues with anybody but a clarification that will make sense to only those with common sense which ain't common. Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah before now gave Ikechukwu Emeka Onyia a prado jeep which i am a witness to and as a token of appreciation decided to balance it by giving his wife another car. My old man use to tell me that if you were absent during a burial, you are liable to dig the corpse from the leg. Some people needs to get facts right before commenting or portraying stupidity and idleness, its festive season engage yourselves in positive ventures not poke noising and fault finding. We are not apologetic to haters, back bitters and gossipers, rather is keep your head and have your eyes focused on the ball as we head to achieve a better soceity that youths won't rant on social media but add value to life. Kenichi is a failure, massive disgrace to football, instead of burying his face in shame he is here making stupidity of himself. Imagine a coach that keep 80% of the Federation Cup winning team off the team, a coach that was more interested in weightlifting than normal light drills, imagine a man that walks out a the club chairman that neigotiated his contract. He must be a joke to grant this junk interview. A clear example of his abject failure and cancerous cell was a show at Fc Ifeanyi Ubah's last game against Rangers at the just concluded Super Four, the first two games made mockery of Anambra Warriors until the cancer was cut off normalcy returned to the stead of champions.

Failures always look for excuses.

Its certainly a victory for Fc Ifeanyi Ubah come Sunday, thanks to our sister club West Ham for your solidarity and support.

What more can i add than acknowledge these two performers and achievers, God bless Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah and Asisat Oshoala... Many more blessed and fruitful years ahead.

Sir Emeka Offor is the pride of Anambra, Ndi Igbo and Nigeria, he has the right to under go whatsoever project he wishes, he is not contesting for political position and hence shouldn't be dragged to the mud. Please let the man be and stop generating unnecessary smoke when its obviously fog.

Please with all due respect to all, i think Emeka Offor has suffered too much attacks and blackmail from the media quaters, what has he done to deserve such a wicked price??
