Abeg you pple should stop citing laws that you don't know. There is no judge here or abroad that will award damages to 9ice considering the circumstances surrounding the recording. I am sure that 9ice would have long explored that option going by his disposition to the recording if he felt he could get a ruling in his favour. Rugged did what he had to do to correct a wrong impression. Extreme, yes!!! But to say he was wrong, hell no!!!
