Good evening

For the past 6 years I have been having social phobia or anxiety... to the extend that

1. I hate working along a crowd or an open place...especially when I am alone
2. I find it difficult to maintain eye contacts when communicating
3. I feel nervous working along a street ,etc
4. I like staying alone especially indoors.

Doctors in the House, pls what are the possible solutions or remedies to SOCIAL ANXIETY

Thanks alot
How old are you?

Karatum:
Please guys, I need your suggestions and opinions on this.

I reside in onitsha and here goes my story.

I bought a keke and gave it to a young guy on hire purchase. Unfortunately, the keke was stolen the same Sunday that the guy I gave it to - drove it home. Its a brand new keke. I went to the police to make entry about the stolen keke.

After about a week, I got a call from some police guys at Enugu state police command, that I should come down to Enugu state - as my keke was found somewhere in Nsukka. The police guys demanded that I come with 50k to 'bail out' the keke. Luckily for me, the keke was found same way it was stolen and also, the thief was caught too.

I sourced for money and went down to Enugu to bail out the recovered keke. After parting with 30k, I was handed over the keke and was asked to go to obosi station to write and sign that the keke has been found. The police guys from Enugu drove the suspect down to obosi (anambra state). According to them, that's the jurisdiction where the keke was stolen.

On getting to Obosi station, the police there demanded for some money and I told them that I had nothing left on me after parting away with 30k for the Enugu police guys. Next thing they did was that they decided to seize the keke, saying it will be "charged to court with the suspect".

My question is; Arent the police suppose to hand over a recovered property to a victim of theft? What do I do? I am very confused now as to next action to take.
No .theyre not supposed to hand over a recovered property to you because they need it as evidence in court .
It’s the court that should return your property to you .
But . This is Nigeria. You only need to “settle” the police men and they will return it to you .

jealousy I did the calculations it will be 3.72 If I score two more C the reason I score 59/100 my tma was low in that course the two remaining exam, my gst tma is 29/30 28/30. I don't think it will happen again. But To be frank E exam is my weakness. My GPA will never go down I will never write E exam again. My GPA was once 3.6 but I climbed to 3.73 last semester. So I am in final now due to some missing results I will be taking an extra semester.
Jealousy or what did I just see you type ?

I thought I was done with Exam but some people said that gst is compulsory for direct entry. I registered three this semester I ended up scoring 59 over 100. Getting C is a no no for me this semester I hv two more to write and really scared.

And who fucking_ care about what you consider?
Dude you said you’re in 3.6 . And you got two more semesters to finish.
What assures you that you won’t eventually finish with 3.42cgpa? Is that not 2.2 ?
Throw it away when you finish with 2.2.
In fact . You will surely finish with 2.2 .
Come back and quote me when you collect your certificate cheesy
Clown!

You don buy market grin
Let’s assume you have C in all the gst courses eventually . Which is very possible and most likely base on say na Eexam.
Na back to 2.2 straight . Am I right?
Congratulations in advance wink
