U need to figure out and pick one which is evident in all your documents. Try and see if you can change the dob under view/edit application in the career portal

I used 1990 in the CV I sent to them but used age 1991 when filling the form hope that doesn't affect me in future though I have gotten to stage 3. I am yet to do the video interview. Better still Alex I think you should give me your phone number, mine is 08060818429

Go to their websites and check of recent improvements in any of their products. U will be given a case study and be asked what suggestion u will proffer, how u will get the suggestions and communicate it to ur team members.

Have an idea about a recent innovation in any of their products. U will be asked questions that will assess your ability to lead a team. Be aware of research and development ideas.
