If the source of water have storage tank(s), get a 2" mud pump, 2" suction hose", 2" outlet hose and a storage tank for your site.
Connect the mud pump to the storage tank at the source of water using the suction hose, the outlet hose to the mud pump and run the hose straight to your storage tank.

Thanks for the reply do we have to run the 2" outlet hose all the way to the tank or site or we can change to 1/4" hose along the way

If you already have the water in a tank, you can use a surface pump of like 1hp to get it to the location of the new borehole or get 2" hose and use a mud pump

What is the source of water you intend connecting to?

The distance between them is 600m and the source of water is borehole

Otherwise u shd have had a well closer to u for domestic used

Which type of pump do you suggest we get and can we still use hose with that type of pump

The distance is upto 600m because we used over 10bundle of 3/4'' hose when trying the method above and each bundle is 50m. Though most of them are rented but we bought 2 bundle

Hello everyone. Not related but please any idea on how i can pump water long distance to my new farm for people doing borehole to sink borehole there

Hello great farmers we are trying to sink borehole on our new farm but getting water there for the people doing the borehole has been alot of issue. The place we want to pump the water is very far from our new farm so we tried to pump the water into a 1800ltrs tank that we place some distance from the borehole before pumping from there to the farm with the submersible pump that the borehole people want to use for us, but the water was only coming out small small.
So we opted for tanker to bring water for us but no tanker so we a pickup that will load about 40pcs 25ltrs keg and use it to bring water for us but the road is too slippery and bad so the drivers is no where to be found now. Please any idea on what we can do we have been on this project for over 2month now and they have only just dug 60ft going 170/190ft, coupled with the fact that there are also stone inside the ground that they also have to break but that is little. Water is the most important thing there.

Hello everyone i wanted to ask if we computer science student are going to write the mapped out courses this semester or the new one because both are showing on the timetable. We registered the course code for the old one on the portal and did the TMA but last semester we did not see it on the timetable so we had to write the new one whereas this semester both are showing on the timetable.

OK sir, i also want to add that there is no gst 301 there and i saw it on the nou.edu.ng website

Ideally, out of the 4 electives, you are supposed to pick 2 electives. You didn't state the total units of the core courses. That is very important.
The only purpose of elective is to make sure you meet up with the minimum required TCE for graduation. It requires you knowing how many you have now and how many expected of you at the end of the programme. But by DEFAULT, pick 2 out of 4 electives.

2 of the core courses has 2 credit unit and the other 2 has 3 credit unit while all the electives has 3 credit unit each so the total of the core is 10 credit with 2 electives making 16 unit and seems have taken 2 or 3 before

If you total compulsory courses is up to 18units, add just one. That should do. No need carrying plenty load that can affect your performance

Thanks for the reply sir am in 300lvl 1st semester when i checked, i saw 4 core courses and 4 elective so should pick only 4 core courses and 1 elective. I also checked 200lvl 2nd semester and they add 1 core course to the remaining 1 elective i left there last semester. Please guide me on how to pick it sir.
