I've really been sleeping on Holiday's defense.

Rondo too with 17 assists...I have noticed that rondo always shows up in playoffs

No okc will agree Westbrook is a chronic stat padder. They'll tell you he's either hard working than others or he just chases rebounds to lead a fast break. Like you said, I hope he takes winning as a priority. Do I really hope he does? Hell no

I'm not one of those OKC fans that will support my team even when i sense a wrong doing..When it comes to Russ,i'm not sure you criticize him more than i do..

Using the Memphis game as a case study(which i also used when i quoted Eruditor),you can make a strong case for stat padding which i might agree with you cos if he took less shots and assisted more(like in that game),we would have not struggled in most of our matches during the regular season.

On the other hand,like i told Eruditor..he has the opportunity to create a record and do what no one else has done,so its only natural(not compulsory) for his teammates to let him get those rebounds and that was why i gave him a pass...

Don't worry, in 15 years, many will ask why he did not win another MVP like they are doing for Oscar Robertson now.

Not stat padding per say..He just wants the ball more and he had the opportunity to do what no player had done before..though triple double may be over-rated sometimes...

It's official, Kyrie will miss the rest of the season, including the playoffs. A very difficult reality for us now but it brings closure for the team and as far as strategy/ preparations go heading into the post season..

I know those guys played badly and Russell, played well but I think it is the underlying tactic Kerr uses for OKC: to force him to go berserk as long as he is the only one.

If you watched, Draymond was pestering Camelo all game. All his shots were contested. Same for PG and the wing shooters. It was to close the space for Russell to either shoot or drive to the rim. That is why he had lower assists than he usually would but ultra high rebs and points.

You would never hear or read me say RW is not a top player. But I would maintain that his hero ball won't win OKC games when it is key. OKC need Adams, PG and to some degree Melo to win games and it is RWs duty to bring out the best in them.

Obviously he could do that and still lose. But I wager they would win more games down the stretch than they have lost.

Also, people might say if PG and Melo hit their shots, OKC wins but that may not be true. They got almost 2 times the free throws GSW did and dominated the boards. KD did not even shoot that well. But GSW moved the ball really well and gave everyone touches. But Melo did not have any time to get into rhythm. So he clanged and boarded shot after shot.

For this match,the warriors were clearly better and you're also spot on with those kerr tactics on russ but i slightly disagree with this statement...

If you've seen our last games,P.G and especially MELO have not just been coming through but peeps and analysts will always conclude that it is russ that makes players bad and no one can play with him...i agree russ has his own bad and selfish sides but sometimes,lets also watch the plays of other guys and not always put the blame on russ...

If we are going to go out in the first round,then its better we dont make the playoffs


Nobody comes for MELO and P.G,its always Russ being attacked for the team loss..

You are right and truth be told, I was livid with him (KD). But I saw him walking away after the first T. Even if he said anything else how does it detract from or add to the first T? I think the ref let his own emotions get in the way. Which was annoying because they were wrong on the missed call and the 2 or so others prior.

To be honest....since i started supporting K.D right from his days at OKC,i have never seen this other side of K.D..I dont know what has changed about him...Some analysts are even comparing him to Rasheed Wallace which is very outrageous considering the type of player (quiet and reserved),K.D used to be...

Considering the play,K.D didnt need to continue after the first tech..The ball was even with the Warriors and they were on the run of play and in control,about to hit a shot...

Same here with my team...Not really boring per say but they have been disappointing too...the WCF would be lit and i feel the ECF would be more interesting this year too...
