2021/2022 Season

What a difference some few months could make in the world of football. Just some months ago Liverpool was firing from all cylinders. From premier league to champions league to FA cup and Carabao Cup.

After defeating chelsea in both FA cup and Carabao cup, while also defeating Manchester City along the way Liverpool looked unstoppable. Though Chelsea lost to Liverpool on both occasions via penalties after 90mins and extra time, it was the courageous effort of young players and the excellent form of senior players that got everyone talking.

At some point in the league Liverpool looked unbeatable as every of their players from each department were in-form and delivering on a weekly basis.

However towards the end of the season the capitulation began! Signs of tiredness began to show.

The loss to madrid was a painful one as the team really played but master tactician Ancelotti knows very well how to tame Jurgen klopp's men from his days at everton.

Losing the league to man city capped the whole bad omen for Liverpool. So agonisingly close to a quadruple yet lost the two Bigger ones, thanks to tuchel, klopp and his men could have finished the season empty handed.

2022/2023 Season

Boko Haram says that it's fighting for a Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal laws.

Obviously you don't understand how the sharia law operates. Do you know the investigation that will occur before judgement will be passed on any of these cases? Do you think sharia law is like the normal western law anybody can pick up read and understand?

Now brief explanation.

The sharia law is firstly taught to the people by the mufti (islamic lecturer). He breaks it down for people to understand but then if anyone decides to violate it the law the mufti can only call them to order because it is not in his power to prosecute the offender.

Then there is the judge who passes verdict on the sharia law offenders. He knows the law and he passes the verdict (qadhi)

Now before anybody can be punished under the sharia law there must be a thorough investigation with lot of witnesses and concrete evidences. Not the jungle justice we see in the northern part of Nigeria!

If a man steals, he would be questioned as to why he did. If it based on hunger he would be spared and even be given more!

But if he his rich enough (nigerian politicians) and still steals, then the qadhi will pass the verdict of his hands to be amputated after thorough investigation and conrete evidences.
