I'm sure you must have gotten a mail from Unilever once you completed the test(s). The kind of mail you get, either success or regret, is what determines if you'd get the invite. So first confirm within you the tone of the mail you got after your test(s).

But what good does it do some people to be rash in their replies to posts? For those of you believing the 1k couldn't be returned because no account details were dropped during application, maybe you'd tell us what has gone wrong with Mobile Money. I'm not saying for sure that the app fee would be returned, but if NIS decide to refund the money here and now, then Mobile Money channel would be the best available option to them...unless, of course, you didn't fill in your mobile number during registration. Whether you now cash out or not would never be NIS's headache.

And if you're in doubt as to what the recruitment process is gonna look like, the 'most nearly possibile' pattern is this:

Let's settle the isuue of 'one or two tests taken' for once. If the TOTAL (or combined) TIME for your test(s) is less than about 40mins, then something could be wrong somewhere. Check this excerpt from Unilever' site: "Online test:
This 40-minute timed-test is available for completion immediately after the application form has been submitted. You have up to two weeks to take this test, depending on your country. Tests are deemed complete after the allocated time has passed."

Finally, the application process for 'NLNG Experienced Hire - September 2013' closed yesterday 07/10/13 as evident on http://www.nlng.com/PageEngine.aspx?&id=118. Though an experienced hire, it was noted that there could be a job Test as there was the option of choosing a desired Test Centre.

So while we wait to hear from NLNG on the next step (probably the Test) in the recruitment process, could we please use this forum to share tips, ideas, updates et al. that could aid our successful applications.
