After the emergence of Buhari as President in 2015, don't you know that, PDP have been looking for loopholes they can use to legally remove PMB from office. If he didn't present his certificate as you claimed , that would've been an advantage for PDP to unseat PMB through the Courts.

He is presently linking all the States of the federation with Railway lines.
