The one wey I cook today, I struggle to finish am. It's the only thing I have eaten today.

In an hour or two, I'll take a nap and wake by 12PM or 2AM and I'll be awake till 3-4PM yet hunger will just elude me. But the moment there is no food at home, I'll be hungry from dream.

So, what I do is to make sure there is always excess food at home, else I'll always be hungry. My beans always spoil because I always forget there is such food at home.

You don't need to open. I can't even finish one self. I don't eat much. Most days I don't eat.

While with the packaging, I used my hand to feel all of them and they have missing parts.

I believe it's normal to talk to your self when alone, you are not going insane brother, just that, you might do them sometimes without you being fully aware if it, say an involuntary action, it's like that for every average person, some do say it's a touch of madness, I believe it is just the brain trying to keep you active, because it very difficult to be awake and your mind is not functioning, you mind will always try to find something to work on even things that might look off point, if you are the type that is always busy with something even when alone then it will be very difficult to experience such, just as you said you are always alone and an introvert....
