When I went to Kenya, I lost about 7kg in jusj a week because their food was horrible.
we were fed on rice and chicken stock without pepper, you can imagine how that tastes. But I think I prefered the meat stock because it had a little taste. I couldn't even eat their chicken.

We Nigerians were just praying the confrence would be over quickly so we could return home to enjoy our EBA & co. Well, when we returned, I ate bread. Didn't have the nerve for eba.

So I really feel your pains.
