Anyways, if Mr. Minister cares to know, it is DEFENCE that is in the EXCLUSIVE LIST not SECURITY, SECURITY is in the CONCURRENT LIST.

Meanwhile, DEFENCE comprises the military viz: the Army, the Air force and the Navy.

Security comprise the Police and other paramilitary security outfits (including AMOTEKUN) and they all are in the concurrent list.

I don't have to be a lawyer to know this simple thing.

Man, while I understand how painful it can be, having to leave someone you love for reasons other than some seroius misunderstanding and irreconcilable differences, the issue of genotype is serious and as such should not to be glossed over for any reason.

Now that you find it hard to leave her and vice versa, to the best of my understanding, analysis of genotype has gone beyond the exclusive AA, AS we used to know and I suppose you may need to do more findings about your compatibility to know if as both of you guys are ASs, there is still a possibility of getting married to her without making your children suffer.

I have two friends that are engaged now, who are both ASs. They faced this same issue and they both had to run advanced medical tests and make consultations and they were sure beyond being ASs, that they are both compatible and that their children are not endangered even before they agreed to go into courtship which they both are in now.

Though I do not have the details, I know they did all the medical stuffs in Lagos and I could ask one of them to give further explanations to you if you feel you need them.

Please permit me before making my two points to clearly state that as children of God, both yourself and your husband owe God your first love and based on that, you must seek to please Him first before pleasing yourselves or any other person(s) in all things come what may.
Having said that, my two points are as follows:

1. Every part of the body has what it is naturally to be used for (Check Romans 1: 26-28 and trust God for understanding). Not your mouth, not your anus but only your vagina is that canal in your body where your husband is expected as created by God to insert his penis. I believe his demand is the direct result of what he's given himself to over time and to me, he may still not get satisfied if you decide to heed to what you know to be wrong; then, what is the essence of doing it? Doing that, you as a lady can not enjoy the sex and in that case it is an act of selfishness for any of you to be concerned first about his or her own good before the other. I believe you will agree with me that the most sensitive part of your body to sex is your clitoris and it is located in you vagina and it is still this you vagina that can satisfy your husband the most under normal condition; that's the way God has created it. More so, there is no way you will be doing mouth job and his sperm which is meant to go through your reproductive canal will not go into your digestive canal. This is part of what give birth to many of the terrible sexual diseases that we see today, please do not do that which is capable of putting you in bondage. You can not pattern your marriage after the practice of ungodly people!

2. Please pray for your husband. He needs to be delivered and as soon as possible. A strange spirit is in him, his thirst as a son of God is outrageous. Humbly relate with him, he seriously needs your humble, sincere and effectual prayers (you could do it with fasting); God will answer you. You need only God, His word, His Spirit's help and godly advises to save your marriage. I know you now have tens of them with you but don't give in to wrong advices please. Trust God to help you Sister! This is a test which you must not fail. Your husband is down and he needs your help as his wife (Eccl. 4: 10-12). God never saw Adam and Eve as losing it yet until Adam joined his wife to be deceived. Don't be deceived! Please think well about it.

I've been in Arochukwu LG serving since last November. I am finding it necessary sharing my personal experience while returning to my PPA January this year so can safe yourself at no cost.

THIS IS HOW IT HAPPENED
On Sunday, 4th January, 2015 on my way from Umuahia to Arochukwu (my NYSC PPA), myself and six others corps members were attacked by a gang of sophisticated armed robbers who hijacked our bus and took us to an unknown place of like 10 minutes drive away from the main road. On getting there, we were all told to submit everything on us, we were with them for eight hours from about 9:20PM till about 5:20AM the following morning and in the process, I lost my laptop, phones, cash and other valuables all running to the tune of N200,000. It was such a terrible experience but I thank God that despite the shootings, the assaults and the beatings, none of us was injured and none was killed. This happened because the vehicle that was bringing us from Ibadan wasted our time a lot and we ended up being on the road till late in the night and also because we did not know how dangerous travelling in the night is in this part of the country.

MY ADVISE:
PLEASE WHEREVER YOU ARE COMING FROM, PLS LEAVE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE AND WHEREVER YOU FIND YOURSELF WHEN IT IS SEVEN IN THE NIGHT, I WILL ADVISE YOU LOCATE THE NEAREST NCCF OR MCAN LODGE TO RELAX TILL FOLLOWING MORNING. NOBODY WILL PENALISE YOU FOR REPORTING LATE TO CAMP. IT IS BETTER TO BE LATE THAN BEING THE LATE. THE FUNNIEST THING IS THAT NYSC HAS NOT TAKEN ANY STEP WHATSOEVER TO COMPENSATE ANY OF US OR INDEMNIFY OUR LOSES EVER SINCE. BE WISE PLEASE.
