This is not a sensitive/classified information. Its what every Nigerian needs to know and be able to do with the introduction of TSA. Most school fees, acceptance fees and all other things of federal institutions will be done through this. So there is no sense of snitching here.

Next you will have something like this. After which the remita number will be generated. Then the customer is set to make payment in any of the bank he likes. If you are good with all these technologies, you can link your ATM card with the remita services and you will be given the oppoutunity to make the payment yourself using your ATM card. This will bring in more money if the customer don't want to stand in the cue that he or she might encounter in the bank.

Once you click it, this is the next page that you will see. Always ensure that the option of "pay once" is active.

Enetr the name of the instituition that you want to pay to, eg CAC. The system will even help you search for it.
Click on the purpose of payment and fill in the rest options.

First and foremost, when you enter the site, remita.net. This is what you will see. You will then click on pay a "remita customer/biller" which is the first box among the option on the center of the screen. You have no business with the login option or trying to create one, as that is left for those that process the payment.

The pics below is an example of one that I did for a friend of mine. After which, he will take the remita number (the one that starts with S10....) to any bank and complete the payment. Its didn't even take me up to 90s to generate this. And if you are a guru, you can charge them extra so that you can use your ATM card or internet banking option to make the payment for them.

Good day.
I just thought to share this, hopefully, it could be if help to someone out there.
With the implementation of TSA by the FG, every payment that is been made to any federal institution passes through a single account. Whether it's an FG owned university, polytechnic, COE, ministry, paramilitary such as road safety, police academy, NDA etc.
Now, before such payment can be made, the payee need to have a number called "remitta number" that is generated from the internet, which will reflect what actually you are paying for. This number generation is mostly done in d cafe cos most pple making this payment dont knw much abt the internet.

Now, in the branch where I wrk in Niger state, pple troupe in, asking for the nearest cafe to do such thing, but sadly enough, the nearest cafe is relatively far.

All am suggesting/advising is that, one can easily look for a place where there is concentration of banks and set up a make shift internet cafe with ur lappy n small gen for the sole purpose of generating this number for customers. In my place, cafe charges #100 to generate one and it doesn't even take up to 5min except if u hv a slow network, then u can decide to copy out the number to d customer or print it out if u hv a printer.

If you are in a good location, like near a federal institution like road safety, CAC or schools (even unity schools), u myt b lucky to get up to 40-50 customers in a day wch is like 4k. Am saying this based on the number of payment we receive in our branch alone.

My little advice. Have a nice weekend.

I totally understand your situation bro cos I was there once. Where the problem lies is even after you've paid the rent what of the properties you'd need to start life with.

You just might end up spending around 3-4 months salary just to get settled in. But that's if you'd need to buy properties at once.

Otherwise try cut down expenses as much as you can for now
For now, I dont think I need properties even in d next two years... Just d basics like kitchen utensils and mayb small fridge.

Number 1, we don't know how much is d rent,

Number 2, we don't know how much is your salary.

Number 3, we don't know if u pay per month or per annum.

Clarify these and I will give u a good answer.

Nevertheless.

If u earn 30k per month and your rent is 60k per annum, it is very much ok.

A one room apartment in which u share the utilities can not be above 120k, but if u pay such amount for less, then, u are economically unwise.

If ur rent is 400k/month and u earn 200k per month, it is still on the good side.

Considerably, u have all your 10months salary all to yourself. So, it is still economically wise, considering the fact that house rent is a need and kinda determines if we can continue working or not, 1st thing 1st, shelter is paramount.

Elucidate us properly and your questions can be answered.

As far as I know, u asked no question @ all.
like I mentioned earlier, rent is 150 and judging from the location and the building, its worth it. Salary is just below 90k with some overtime allowance whenever we stay beyong closing, though its negligible for now. The left over is what I plan to use in d payment of utilities. And yes, the rent is per annum.

U just have to put a lot of other factors into consideration.
Are you married and if yes does your wife have a source of income?
Apart from your salary, do u have other means by which u make little money?
How many persons are dependent on you?

I can assure you that if u manage well, u sure can live well and comfortable too.
Married, nope. No other income, but myt hv once d exchange rate stalizes. I have junior once, but my seniors got it covered. Though that doesn't mean that I won't contribute to the family.

How muich is ur salary, cause I don't understand how u need 2 months salary to pay just for a room were u share the toilet?
The apartment is like a two bed room flat, so am picking one room and I still hv access to d parlor, though I hv nothing to do with it since I don't hv properties yet. The rent is 150 but I will hv change from my salary wch I will still use to pay for bills like phcn, water and others related to the house.

I relocated to another state where I have no relation/friend that I can stay with. Now, I have been looking for an accommodation but the result is been futile.

Though I hv seen some houses that are relatively cheap, but they are notthing to write home about.
Finally, I got a one room apartment in a good area though am sharing the utilities with a nebor. The problem now is that the rent is exactly my two months salary.

So am just wondering if its really economically wise to rent such a house without having to feel the economic impact later on.

Their face, can mesmerize a man.
Their front na distraction. Back distraction. Voice, seduction. Smile temptation.

They rule kingdoms with their pvssies.
Men have poured the sweat of their labour on woman.
Rich men have been rendered destitute, by women.

The tin tire me. Believe me, if one invites a non-christian to the church, apart from the preaching and praying, the place will just look like a musical and dancing concert focused on the choir.

Happy sunday my fellow brothers in Christ.
So, cos of my new job, I relocated to another state. Though, am a catholic, I decided to attend a pentecostal church instead of staying at home today been sunday (the nearest catholic church is kinda far, and am not yet familair with the environment to start making such a journey).

So I dressed up, boarded a keke to the church with my "semi-clean heart", hoping to be cleaned the more. I got there some minutes before the start of the second service, so I sat quietly on a vacant sit and fill my eyes with the beauty of the church, no doubt, the church is really beautiful.
The service was ok, and the preaching was fine. But were I have problem is.... During praises and anytime the choir is singing. The way the church members dances, especially the choir, its really "unchristian"...

The ladies are just dancing and shaking their bo*ty in a very seducive way. I am not saying its a sin to dance in a way you deem fit for God, but for the sake of the weak brethrens, let there be some modesty. At least, the ladies shld know that some guys myt be carried away by the way they dance, but they dont even care.

Thank God I was sitting at the front, so I dont knw what is going on at my back. But the choir, which is directly facing the congregation is really going to far with their way of dance. The Choir mistress is not even helping matters. She knows that she is on a high stage, backing the church with her bo*ty facing the congregation, yet, she dances as if she is in a club. Where is our modesty as christians? Is this what we go to the house of God to do. Even the guy that came out to sing a special song, the way he was dancing/demonstrating, even a secular musician will need to learn from him.

I am not here to bash any church, but please let there be some modesty in what we do at the house of God. If not for anything, but for the sake of the weaker brethren. The bible said, "Woe to anyone that will make to little ones to sin". You may be dancing that way with your church mind, but the brother next to you, myt be lost in thought looking at the way your behing is bouncing.

For those of you that will be asking me whats the name of the church, I wont name it directly, but its one of the top pentecostal church in Nigeria and the mostly paint their church yellow with a red roofing.

PEACE.
