My Elders Pls kindly help mi with a way of getting my old man's passport back from American embassy since we applied for their US visa over 2 months ago after getting a canadian visa for my old man n still yet they haven't called him talkmore to even give him d visa n he departs to canada in a weeks time...We have called n emailed them endlessly to release my dad passport that we don't need their visa again but their call centre operators are obviously clueless....we cant shift departure date cos of d huge cost implications wich seems like d only viable solution...Please i hope to get any helpful advice from you guys here...Thanks
