Not Wenger it is Pep. First he started using a weakling in DM that only do short and side way passes. He has influenced the game with boring football and philosophy, players can’t express themselves except you are Messi. Little wonder KDB shouted at him back last season. This is why I love to watch Real Madrid game, I used to watch some Barca game then because of Messi but not anymore. I don’t even watch city games. Aside chelsea I love to watch Liverpool play and now Newcastle United, they are entertaining to watch. Wenger played exciting tip tap then.

I don't even know why this is even a debate when it's so visible to the blind that football quality has greatly decreased as compared to football of the old days. Abi which quality are you guys talking about?
Quality is a whole lot and not just dribbling and other mesmerising skills. Ability to play long shot,pass the ball effortlessly to any part of the pitch is also quality. I can count on my two hands the players than can pass the ball comfortably without looking like Victor Moses.

Unpopular opinion though,, Na Wenger and Pep Guardiola spoil football... Every team and every player wants to play tip tap,,that lead to a drought in shooters and shot takers
