2. He ask you to upload some documents and you didn’t do it, and you’re expecting magic at the end.
3. Seems you didn’t go through IRCC website to know processing time and start sending web form.
Lastly,
The reason for this forum is to guide you on the necessary pathway to apply yourself or know why your agent should be doing at a time. But you probably didn’t the past discussion in the forum.

All the same…nothing is lost.
Kindly ask your agent to provide you with login details and know where you stand. Because as it stands you don’t even know if the agent submitted your application or they must have replied you.

It is normal to receive BVL without PPR. So be positive about the outcome because a decision has already been made on your application. Keep sending emails to remind IRCC. All the best.

What if you have the Visa stamp already before renewing the passport prior to your travel? Will the Visa still be valid

As follow up, considering most monetary transactions is done by black market, any amount she moves to my account is going to be by black market from the foreign currency. So example, the 3.3million naira for $10k CAD would be gotten via black market pounds rate. Does the VO question this?. I mean the imbalance between her account debit and my account credit?

Let her mention it her own sponsorship letter that she transferred so so amount in ur acct
When you are credited let her name be the narration of it

Second time asking please, if anyone that has sponsor abroad or knows about this could help.
My sister abroad is my sponsor and her funds is in foreign currency. I am hoping to apply for next year towards Fall 2023 entry but we are trying to get some advice on funds.
Would you advice she leaves the funds with her or should she transfer it to her Nigerian account?. And if she is transferring, does doing a lump sum close to the application time look bad, or should she start now and start transferring over a period of time monthly?
Generally, what should someone who has a foreign sponsor do about POF ?

He could try writing to the school. They may reconsider since he's gotten his passport request letter. On the other hand, the issue with his passport's expiry date is quite tricky. IRCC always advises students to have passports that will cover the entire duration of their study. The passport is the least of his problems for now. He should try writing to the school.

Has he submitted his passport to VFS?

I don't even think our mails and webform helps. I feel when they are truly done, they are done. I feel you can't hasten the process.

I have been blessed since June till now but I always fail to tell God thank you because my mumu eyes the focused on Visa that i have overlooked what he has been doing for me.

Eligibility hasn't even started, i've raised several web forms since then but keep getting generic responses. i've mailed several MP's too but they keep saying they cant render any assistance since i am outside Canada. Got a mail from my school on the 1st of NOV saying if i dont get my study permit by DEC 1st my offer will be withdrawn and my tuition deposit refunded.

I just order for my GCMS Notes and I just did my Medicals around ending of last month just maybe it can make them revisit the application again..

It was quite hard to fight the feeling of doubts and uncertainties. Your "life" could even feel its in a halt.
Guys, if you feel these during your waiting time, keep on praying with your spouse and give thanks everyday.
If you are single, please speak and pray with someone whom your mind is in sync with. Be it siblings, parents, friends or even visit this thread.

Plus: My documents were not perfect as compared to some others on this thread. No two application is the same. Please do not be discouraged by the lots of documents you see on this thread. Submit what you can according to the visa application requirements, and don't "doctor" documents in any form. Not even receipts, invoices or whatever.

Try to meet the minimum requirements then God will help you.
