I think Oracle on Vista is ok. Thatz wat i use since it was totally impossible for me to get Linux on my laptop even when i used a Virtual Machine so i just decided to use the Vista Version and im loving it. Its almost the same as using it on Linux.

Well i think APTECH is okay.im presently taking the Oracle 10g course there nw and its alright, You could try it to see if your okay with it.
