Airtel is a great network, its funny you're having that kind of problem. Okay, does your Ovi Store work? Your software version (07.20) is the latest for now that is. I'm not so sure if you can use Opera Mini with Airtel on your Nokia C3,Airtel and MTN have blocked access to it but I think Etisalat works with it tho. Try downloading the Ovi Browser,it works excellently well and its supported for some Series 40 devices including the Nokia C3. Visit browser.ovi.com on your phone's browser to download or download straight from the Ovi Store. If you still have issues, you can send an email to nokiacarenigeria@ovi.com or If you're in lagos, you can visit the nearest Nokia Care Point close to you |
Nokia Care: Juror: BasseyJ:@ poster What Phone model is it? 5130,5800,5230,etc, Your phone memory is corrupt and the phone software needs to be re-installed. Honestly, doing a backup before re-installing your software or flashing as you may call it and restoring the backup to the device after it has been formated might bring the issue back if its a virus case. If you can upgrade your software on your own, please do it or If you're in lagos, Can you visit the nearest Nokia Care Point close to you Nokia Care Point 13 Amodu Ojikutu, off Saka Tinubu Victoria Island Lagos Nokia Care point 18 Kodesho Street, Ikeja Lagos Opposite Computer Village Main Entrance |

Did you use a code to lock your phone? If you did,try using that code. It should work. Otherwise you may need to Re-install or Upgrade the firmware of your phone. |
Changing the Board of a phone is like having a new phone. Where did you have the Board of your phone changed? You shouldn't have that problem except it was done by unauthorised technician. |
bimbor:First, you need to have the Nokia Mobile TV Receiver SU-33W and the Mobile TV app installed on your device. Pair your phone with the Tv Receiver by bluetooth, when asked for a code, use 0000 and then go through the normal purchasing procedures. Check that the phone is browsing, the accesspoint that is been used to connect to the Internet should likely be the accesspoint used to purchase the subscription rights. |
I've got two questions for you. 1. What Network Provider do you use? Either MTN,Airtel,Etisalat,Glo,etc 2. What Software version do you have running on your Nokia C3? Check by sending *#0000# to see the Software Version you have. Try deleting the Accesspoints you have on your device and request for new Internet Settings and then try downloading again. Have you tried resetting the device, i.e doing the factory reset Implications: Do a backup first of your device and then do a factory reset or type *#7370# to do a hard reset of your device. This should set it right Other options include: Try using another sim card as long as you are sure that your email address and password are both correct. If you use MTN try using Airtel or Etisalat with it and lets see what happens OR If you're in Lagos, visit the Nokia Care Point to have it checked out. When purchasing your Nokia Device from the stores, always insist on a Nigerian Warranty Phone. Some dealers could give you phones which don't have the Nigerian Warranty but if you insist you'll have the warranty phones. To check if your Nokia Device comes with a 12 month Warranty in Nigerian before you buy. STEP 1: Get the IMEI number. You can find it on the sales box, on the label under the battery,or by typing *#06# on the phone. STEP 2: Type IMEI, leave a space, then your IMEI number and send to 32053. Example: IMEI 358260030006025 STEP 2: You will receive an SMS that tells you if your phone has valid 12months Nigerian Warranty. REMEMBER: Warranty doesn't cover Wear and tear, users defects, defects caused by bending, dropping, liquid damage, defects caused by unauthorised phone engineers, etc |
