Ikaeniyan0: Even though you're wrong about the judges being partisan, you would have praised them if they were praising Peter Obi.
There's nothing in the video that shows the judges are singing the song
Never, it's even better if it was an opposition, the opposition only have their voices and some theatrics
But the president controls all resources that would influence the decision of our national life
So singing his personal political song in a national event is really bad for the optics
It shows two things, either the president has surrounded himself with so much psychopaths or he's also enjoying everything, which the two is likely to be it sef
Kukutente23: You need to pay attention and learn more The judges are standing as protocol demands when the president rises from his seat or makes an entry As for the playing of the anthem. It's the presidential band. They are not under the control of judges
But should they have played that??
We are in a country where the left hand dey fear the right hand and yet we keep feeding people's curiosity
It's not a political gathering, it's a national gathering, you don't eulogize any individual in a national gathering
Putindbutt: And what can wailers do about it?.You think it was during the damaged years of PDP where judges could not afford two meals a day, where they couldn't afford their children school fees. Una go wail tire.
Imagine you love it when it's your friend but hate it when it's others
What does your rant and singing that ruubush got to do with this?
mascot87: We can now see how f00lish this people are. Calling on Trump to come and save your country just because you cannot on your own manage the internal affairs of your party. And 2 governors are there shaking head like agama lizard. Seems PDP is not ready to lead this country. What's the business of Trump with your internal political issues? Of what value will Trump benefit from you as a factional party? I think I live how Wike is making you people cry. It shows he is bigger than you people
But you have a figure head president who gives states resources to his friends to disrupt activities in the country
Tinubu would surely go down as the most incompetent president in the history of Nigeria
TimeManager: The 2025 budget was open to the public, all the figures were reported in all the newspapers, they were debated and approved by the national assembly which was covered by the media. The MTEF was presented by the President, approved by the Senate and all the figures of proposed borrowings for the period were made public. These are public documents that a click of a button on your phones would bring it up to you. Unfortunately, rather than equip yourselves with knowledge and make your own research, you prefer coming online to look for headlines that would mislead you because of your crude political sentiments, you rather sone political figure or opposition come out and drop a line such as " Nigeria is finished", then you jump on it and start screaming along, while they take advantage of your ignorance. Every single loan the President requested are within the expenditure framework, the loans so far are within the limit of the budget. Both the federal and state Governments are well within their borrowing limits so far. Of course, you can not expect they borrow all of it at once, instead they have to borrow strategically as it seems fit. Whenever you hear the Government requesting for a loan, rather than start screaming, it would do you much good to follow up on the expenditure framework to determine if the Government is within its limit or not before carrying vuvuzela exposing your ignorance. God bless Nigeria.
hegelian: see this one..na who u wan dey gaslight...is that how to enforce a law?? when did the minister become an enforcer of law...minister job is mainly administrative not combative.. a minister go to a place cursing abusing citizend and a military personnel publicly and you rant rule of law lost....na so una use your weak mind destroy the country, defending all aburdity but this time una lose and we are grateful..hopefully sanity will begin to return to the country small small
Imagine Wike that has been hellish on every of organization he belongs, he made rivers ungovernable, tore PDP completely and has fought almost everybody that has helped him in time past now saying rule of law🤣
mascot87: Wike did not lose. Rule of law lost. Civilian lost against military. This shows that Military can do anything they like and nothing will happen. The Nigerian people lost. Democracy lost. So tomorrow, military can do anything to Nigerians and nothing will happen. They can bully anybody and it will be in vain. Military authority won against Democratic Authority even in the face of military illegality.
Last last, na all of us go collect... If you celebrate this, then you are celebrating future pains that will be meted on you by the military because you cannot escape it
Nigerians didn't lose when he told fubara he won't allow peace in Rivers abi?
Every dog has a owner and Lt Yerima is the owner of Wike for now 😀
AndroBlaze: This video & article just proves why, even when our politicians do the right thing, no one trusts them because of their antecedents and selfish nature, and inadvertently Lere has proved us right with an admission that obviously slipped out mistakenly.
Now Lere says the land was approved for parks and recreation by a previous FCT administration, which is why the former CNS cannot build and develop it for personal use and was apparently "duped".
However he lets it slip (while stuttering), that they have now "redesignated" the land for "public buildings" and "corporate offices".... so I ask what happened to the grand master plan and why is it being converted back to use for offices after all the brouhaha?? Are parks and roadways no longer important in a modern city. This is exactly what Wike was accused of doing when he stole land that the university of Abuja had for the same parks and recreation and took it for private use with the excuse that the land was fallow and they were not using it to do anything and should have never had it anyway
The corruption in the FCT when it comes to land matters is just ridiculous and is why no one who is in the know can take any of them seriously when all they are doing is just plain old land grabbing.
GanagiBitrus: One may fault Wike's choice of foul language while confronting the officer, but we should not condone impunity from the Army ranks, that the latter are notorious for.
And Wike is the wrongest of men to even say he's upholding one land law
Baba was accused recently of land grabbing and his defence was are his children not Nigerians
In addition to that, the existence of that uniform is the reason wike is free to move around to wherever he wish. In fact, his power and authority is remotely related to the existence of that uniform.
Abeg, if your brain can't process this simple logic, don't bother to quote. I don't have that luxury of time teaching adults common sense.
You dey mind them, take soldiers away from this their Abuja and see if them no go dey collect wotowoto from bandits 🤣
ElSudani: To say Nigeria is dysfunctional is an understatement. Ignorant citizens are also defending madness because they don't like the minister or for whatever reason. I am beginning to think the country will never work.
Not with what we have seen politicians do in time past with people's land
These guys are chronic land grabbers, Infact many of their properties are always product of grab
Even the law says he who comes to equity must come with clean hands, the FCT minister was accused not long ago of forcefully acquiring peoples land, the president shielded him from investigation, so na that one we go trust say he dey do the right thing?
mascot87: You people support nonsense all in the name of hating of Wike. Just because there was no video of the soldiers assaulting the officials of government that initially went to implement the law, so you think the soldiers are innocent. Guy, try dey reason na. We all know what those soldiers would have done behind the camera. Just because I f00lish boy acts like a Saint in the full glar of the camera, so you think he that's who he is. You people are easily deceived just because you hate Wike and Tinubu
That officer wey we all see on camera wouldn't have hurt anyone if they spoke to him calmly, even with the confrontation from the camp of Wike, he restrained fighting back or doing any bad thing
Yet you want us to believe he assaulted govt officials, make them show us their faces now
zeuss: His right to freedom of movement was denied. His right to discharge his legal official duties as demanded by the commander in chief was obstructed under threat of armed confrontation and resistance, and mind you wike was responsible for ending the standoff
One party had the legal and official responsibility to be and act on behalf of the CinC at the time and place while the other was not. Us ya sence
erniok: “The national policy on language has been cancelled. English now stands as the medium of instruction across all levels of education,” he added.
chicfarmer: You can say the government is a listening government, but the policy twists and reversals is getting too much o. It gives the impression that advisers do not do enough deep thinking and consultations before advising the president. He too should weigh things before giving his approval.
He's not a listening president anything
nA trial and error he just dey do
You don't just throw policies into the public glare without due diligence, same way he declared subsidy was gone even without seeing any documents related to it
He's so lucky Nigerians are really getting uninterested in the affairs of this country sha
Nwaikpe: This guy is simply saying that WIKE, a representative of a democratic government, should wait for the investigation of the military before he acts.
Drop all this yeye talk. We know what has entered this issue. The only disadvantage of Wike is that he has fought his own people so much that even when other people are fightting him because of his identity, his own people of that identity cannot defend him because he betrayed them for the crumbs he wanted to have.
Such a pity.
More so, if that boy was Chuwkwu Emeka, watch what this defense minister would have said.
Also, lets put it straight: the boys is not a "senior" officer. He is a a very junior officer. Recently commissioned and should have been in a barracks in faraway Lagos, Oron, etc. But because his father is a general, he is in ABUJA. Na the same juju we dey talk about.
If it was a norrthern politician talking to him, trust me, he wouldn't have had his hands in his pocket. If it was a yorubba politician, his hands will still be in his pockets.
Save us this epistle, so una wan dey color this with tribalism again?
