Firstly, congrats on the birth of your baby.
May your child always make you happy and proud. Amin

At that age, I feed on demand.
When baby is smacking his lips, rubbing his face on your clothes or sucking on his fingers.... might mean he is ready to eat.

Some people time.... every 3 hours or so. This is usually most effective if baby is bottle fed or if mother works.

Amen!!
I wish Adaeze same and more.
Thank you.

Ah, mine smacks lips almost all the time.
She eats Wella.

For now, let me just continue with demand.
When it's time to resume, we will adjust.

Thank you ma'am smiley

That one no get schedule oh! Na on demand.

However i was advised every 2-4 hrs for new borns up to about 8 - 12 weeks. When their stomach sizes increase and they can hold more food and go for longer periods.

But for your sanity, not every cry is hunger. If you just feeding for instance and he starts crying after like an hour, have a series of checks to see what the problem may be.

Check nappy, babies feel wetness and poo differently and some will show their discomfort sooner than others.

check not too hot / cold. I believe the rule is that babies need only one extra layer than you. So if you have on a sweater, she likely needs a blanket over his clothes and if you are only on wrapper for modesty sake.... you may want to omit one later either only vest and socks or just bodysuit with no vest underneath. Just make sure it is not draughty where he is placed so move him away from windows or direct reach of fans and A/C. Aparently the ideal room temperature range for babies is 18oC to 21oC. Before which you need to start adding layers and after which you need to start removing.

Also ensure you dont wear him a hat indoors as babies that age can only regulatr their temperatures through their heads so if the head is covered you risk them overheating.

Check it is not a " i just want you to carry me" cry
Sometimes babies feel they are alone when they cant see you or if it is too quiet. So just placing them somewhere with back ground noise like the tv or radio can help.

If all these fails.... then feed her.

If dhe cries after like 2 hrs, its most likely hunger.

If she is sleeping and is not restless, you can extend it to 4 hours.

And you need to time from the start of each feed.

I have not been checking time o.
Any little cry, I feed.
Thank you ma'am. I'm better informed.

It's me.
I want to avoid monitoring spirits.

Education / NANS Calls For The Revocation Of "Dr." Buhari's Degree, Insists It's Fraudulent by AMBIVERT(f): 9:12pm On Dec 15, 2015
The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), has described as fraudulent and disgraceful the Honorary Doctorate Degree Conferred on President Muhammadu Buhari on Saturday by the Kaduna State University (KASU).
President of the students’ body, Comrade Tijani Usman, said “it is quite unfortunate that at a time we are clamoring for a overhaul (sic) and repositioning of our educational sector, our leaders are doing the opposite by their actions and inactions.

“The show of shame that took place in Kaduna State University (KASU) on 12 December, 2015, is capable of making foreign Universities and corporate organizations to further undermine and disregard degrees obtained from Nigerian schools.

“We expect our leaders to be our role models by living exemplary life. How can one explain that, President Muhammadu Buhari who has not even cleared the air on his certificate saga, still went ahead to accept a fraudulent honorary degree from a university that is not authorized by National Universities Commission (NUC) to do so.”

Usman said “the honorary doctorate degree conferred on President Buhari is illegal and non sequitur because,” stressing that the “KASU is not among the 22 universities accredited by NUC to award honorary degree.

“KASU was established 10 years ago, and has never graduated a PhD student.

3”Section 2.0 subsection (a) of the Council of VCs Keffi declaration 2012, prohibits the award of honorary degrees to persons holding political offices.”

The NANS demanded that “President Muhammadu Buhari should honorably relinquish the fraudulent degree.

“That NUC should with immediate effect sanction KASU for contravening its rules and regulations.

“That Academic Staff Of Universities (ASUU) and Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU) should sanction the entire management team of KASU for making a mockery of Nigerian universities.

“That President Buhari should desist from procuring fraudulent degrees and focus on governance because, our country is faced with terrorism, economic hardship, religious crises and political tension.

Of course. since GEJ became the owner of Nigeria immediately he got sworn in as president. I hope GEJ too isn't collecting any allowances as a former president. I hope we have no single DSS operative attached to him. I hope he declines every perks associated with being a former president to send a strong statement that he is in disagreement with the way PMB is running the show.

I also hope your PDP states have stopped collecting Federal Allocation until PMB leaves office?? to show their displeasure??

Hope you've stopped traveling on FG roads to show your own displeasure?? cheesy

What did the NSA 'give' Buhari and other former presidents?

When you tell us, we can then determine how disturbing it is or of it should disturb you at all

First off, the ONSA has no business disbursing anything, anything at all to former heads of states.
There is a ministry of finance. DPMB should have know better.
Second, as someone who never attended council of state meetings due to his disbelief in the GEJ led FG, one'd expect that he'd take nothing from them, even if it's lawful - that's making a strong statement about the decay he claimed was ongoing in the govt.

So, if NSA is mandated to provide statutory entitlements to former Heads of State and presidents, how does it become a ground to embezzle all monies meant for something else?

And the topic is more than misleading. Femi Adesina didn't confirm Buhari received money from Dasuki. So, why saying he confirms Buhari received money from him?

Dasuki is a sinking man who will always try to grab unto leaves even though he knows he will eventually get drowned.

Buhari called GEJ's FG Boko Haram
